Description
Claims (5)
- 口金が設けられた天板を有する容器を漏洩検査する漏洩検査装置において、前記容器が装入されるチャンバと、このチャンバに保持された支持部材と、この支持部材に支持され前記チャンバ内の前記容器の天板における前記口金より外側の部分を含む周縁部をその全周で押さえる無端のリング状の天板縁部押さえ部材と、前記チャンバ内を排気する排気装置と、を有することを特徴とする漏洩検査装置。
- 前記支持部材に支持され前記チャンバ内の前記容器の天板の中央部を押さえる天板中央押さえ部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漏洩検査装置。
- 前記天板中央押さえ部材は、前記支持部材に弾性部材を介して支持されており、前記容器の天板の中央部を弾性的に押さえることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の漏洩検査装置。
- 前記支持部材は、前記チャンバの上壁を垂直に挿通し上下動可能に前記上壁に支持された支持棒と、この支持棒の下端に固定された連結部材と、を有し、この連結部材が、前記天板縁部押さえ部材及び/又は前記天板中央押さえ部材を支持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の漏洩検査装置。
- 前記支持部材は、前記チャンバの上壁の下面に固定された固定部と、この固定部に対し上下動可能に支持された支持棒と、この支持棒の下端に固定された連結部材と、を有し、この連結部材が、前記天板縁部押さえ部材及び/又は前記天板中央押さえ部材を支持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の漏洩検査装置。
