Claims (11)
- 風力エネルギシステムの差動歯車(1)の動力範囲を変更するための方法であって、3つの入力又は出力を有する歯車ユニット(7)を含み、入力が風力エネルギシステムのロータ(3)に接続され、出力がジェネレータ(11)に接続され、入出力が連続的に可変な歯車装置(12)の第1のシャフト、歯車ユニット(7)の出力に接続される第2のシャフトに接続され、
風の強さに応じて、小さなゼロ入力トルクに対する歯車ユニット(7)の入力を規制するステップ、
電気グリッドからジェネレータ(11)を離すステップ、
連続的に可変な歯車装置(12)の第1のシャフトを歯車ユニット(7)の入出力に接続する切り替え可能な調整比歯車装置(15)の速度伝達比を切り替えるステップ、
歯車ユニット(7)の第1の出力の回転速度を、ジェネレータ(11)で同期速度が再設定されるまで調節するステップ、
及びジェネレータ(11)を電気グリッドに取り付けるステップを含む方法。 - 入力を規制するステップ、回転速度を調整するステップの少なくとも1つのステップが、風力エネルギシステムのブレード調整装置によって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 入力を規制するステップが、風の強さの変化によって、連続的に可変な歯車装置(12)のしきい値の速度に達する前に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 風力エネルギシステムの差動歯車(1)の動力範囲を変える方法であって、差動歯車(1)は、3つの入力又は出力を有する歯車ユニット(7)を含み、入力が風力エネルギシステムのロータ(3)に接続され、出力がジェネレータ(11)に接続され、入出力が連続的に可変な歯車装置(12)の第1のシャフト、歯車ユニット(7)の出力に接続される第2のシャフトに接続され、
変化する風の強さに対し、連続的に可変な歯車装置(12)の第1のシャフトを歯車ユニット(7)の入出力に接続するステージレス歯車装置の速度伝達比を調節するステップを含む方法。 - 風力エネルギシステムの差動歯車であって、3つの入力又は出力を有する歯車ユニット(7)を含み、入力が風力エネルギシステムのロータ(3)に接続され、出力がジェネレータ(11)に接続され、入出力が連続的に制御可能な歯車装置(12)の第1のシャフト、歯車ユニット(7)の出力に接続される第2のシャフトに接続され、連続的に制御可能な歯車装置(12)の第1のシャフトが、調整比歯車(15)を介して歯車ユニット(7)の入出力に接続されることを特徴とする差動歯車。
- 調整比歯車(15)が切り替え可能な比歯車装置であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の差動歯車。
- 調整比歯車(15)が2ステージ歯車装置であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の差動歯車。
- 調整比歯車(15)が平歯車装置であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の差動歯車。
- 調整比歯車(15)がステージレス歯車装置であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の差動歯車。
- 歯車ユニット(7)が遊星歯車装置であり、遊星歯車装置の入力が、遊星キャリア(8)、リング歯車(9)への出力、及び太陽歯車(10)への入出力に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5から9のいずれか1項に記載の差動歯車。
- 連続的に制御可能な歯車装置(12)が流体歯車装置であることを特徴とする請求項5から10のいずれか1項に記載の差動歯車。
