Description
Claims (6)
- 電解質膜の両端にアノード電極とカソード電極とが積層した膜電極接合体と、
前記膜電極接合体の少なくとも一方の面に配置され、前記アノード電極若しくは前記カソード電極に燃料ガス若しくは酸化剤ガスを供給する多孔体流路と、
積層面に垂直に配置され、前記多孔体流路へ燃料ガス若しくは酸化剤ガスを供給するマニホールドと、
前記膜電極接合体の外周面と前記マニホールドとの間に配置されるシール部材と、
前記シール部材と前記多孔体流路との間に配置される遮蔽材と、
を備え、
前記マニホールド側における前記多孔体流路の端部は、積層面の少なくとも一方にガス導入口を有するとともに、前記マニホールド側における前記遮蔽材の端部は、前記シール部材の端部よりセル外部方向に延伸されることを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池セルであって、
前記膜電極接合体の片側に前記多孔体流路を挟んでセパレータを積層するとともに、前記セパレータが前記マニホールド側における前記多孔体流路と積層する部位において前記多孔体流路の積層面から離れることで、前記多孔体流路の積層面に前記ガス導入口が設けられることを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 請求項1若しくは請求項2に記載の燃料電池セルであって、
前記マニホールド側における前記多孔体流路の端部は、前記マニホールド内に突出することを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 請求項1若しくは請求項2に記載の燃料電池セルであって、
前記マニホールド側における前記遮蔽材の端部は、前記多孔体流路の端部よりセル外部方向へ延伸することを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池セルにおいて、
前記セパレータは前記マニホールド側に前記積層面から離れる凸部を備え、
前記多孔体流路の端部が前記セパレータの凸部幅の間となる位置に配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池セルを備えた燃料電池。
