Description
Claims (3)
- パーベーパレーション法によりエタノール水溶液から水を分離する水分離膜と、
該水分離膜の一方の面側に設けられ、リグノセルロースの酵素糖化により生成した糖の水溶液をエタノール醗酵させて得られたエタノール水溶液を収容するエタノール水溶液収容部と、
該水分離膜の他方の面側に設けられた減圧手段とを備え、該エタノール水溶液を濃縮する装置であって、
該エタノール水溶液収容部に該エタノール水溶液を供給するエタノール水溶液供給手段と、
該エタノール水溶液収容部の上方に設けられエタノール蒸気を滞留させるエタノール蒸気滞留部と、
該エタノール蒸気滞留部に乾燥ガスを供給する乾燥ガス供給手段と、
該エタノール蒸気滞留部の内部を吸引する吸引手段と、
該エタノール蒸気滞留部と該吸引手段との間に設けられ、該エタノール蒸気滞留部から吸引されたエタノール蒸気を凝縮して濃縮されたエタノールを回収するエタノール回収手段とを備えることを特徴とするエタノール水溶液の濃縮装置。 - 前記エタノール水溶液収容部から前記エタノール水溶液を取り出し、前記エタノール水溶液供給手段に供給するエタノール水溶液循環手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエタノール水溶液の濃縮装置。
- 前記水分離膜は、芳香族スルホン酸イオン又は脂肪族スルホン酸イオンがドープされているポリピロールからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のエタノール水溶液の濃縮装置。
