Description
Claims (10)
- アブレーション装置を制御する、コンピュータにより実行される方法であって:
予め計画された経路における複数のアブレーション点に向かってアブレーション装置を自動的に操縦して、前記複数のアブレーション点に到達させる段階;
アブレーション中に変動するパラメータに基づいて、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点において、前記アブレーションを自動的に制御する段階;
前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点のうちの、前記アブレーションが失敗したアブレーション点を自動的に判定する段階;
前記アブレーションが失敗したことが判定された、前記到達した前記アブレーション点の位置を自動的に記録する段階;及び
連続して、機能的結果制御により得られる新しいアブレーション点に自動的に接近させる段階;
を含み、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
方法。 - アブレーション装置を制御する装置であって:
プロセッサ;及び
アブレーション装置であって、前記プロセッサは、
予め計画された経路における複数のアブレーション点に向かってアブレーション装置を操縦して、前記複数のアブレーション点に到達させ、
アブレーション中に変動するパラメータに基づいて、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点において、前記アブレーションを制御し、
前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点のうちの、前記アブレーションが失敗したアブレーション点を自動的に判定し、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことが判定された、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点の位置を記録し、
機能的結果制御により得られる新しいアブレーション点に連続して自動的に接近させ、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
アブレーション装置;
を有する装置。 - 予め計画された経路における複数のアブレーション点に向かってアブレーション装置を自動的に操縦して、前記複数のアブレーション点に到達させる段階;
アブレーション中に変動するパラメータに基づいて、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点において、前記アブレーションを自動的に制御する段階;
前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点のうちの、前記アブレーションが失敗したアブレーション点を自動的に判定する段階;
前記アブレーションが失敗したことが判定された、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点の位置を自動的に記録する段階;及び
連続して、機能的結果制御により得られる新しいアブレーション点に自動的に接近させる段階;
を含み、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
方法を実行するための命令を有するコンピュータプログラムが組み込まれたコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体を有するコンピュータプログラム。 - アブレーション装置を制御する、コンピュータにより実行される方法であって:
所定のアブレーション点の集合について、次のステップa)乃至d)、即ち、
a)現在の点に達するときに前記現在の点におけるアブレーションを開始するために、前記所定のアブレーション点のうちの前記現在の点に接近するように、前記アブレーション装置を操縦するステップ、
b)前記接近が成功しないかどうかを判定し、該判定が肯定的な場合、前記現在の点の位置を記憶するステップ、
c)前記接近が成功したことが判定される場合、前記現在の点における前記アブレーションが成功しないかどうかを判定し、該判定が肯定的な場合、前記位置を記憶するステップ、及び
d)最後の点が処理されるまで、次の点について前記ステップa)乃至c)を繰り返すステップ、
の各々を、ユーザの介入なしに且つ自動的に実行する段階;
を有し、
前記アブレーションが成功しないかどうかの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
方法。 - アブレーション装置を制御する装置であって:
所定のアブレーション点の集合について、次のステップa)乃至d)、即ち、
a)現在の点に達するときに前記現在の点におけるアブレーションを開始するために、前記所定のアブレーション点のうちの前記現在の点に接近するように、前記アブレーション装置を操縦するステップ、
b)前記接近が成功しないかどうかを判定し、該判定が肯定的な場合、前記現在の点の位置を記憶するステップ、
c)前記接近が成功したことが判定される場合、前記現在の点における前記アブレーションが成功しないかどうかを判定し、該判定が肯定的な場合、前記位置を記憶するステップ、及び
d)最後の点が処理されるまで、次の点について前記ステップa)乃至c)を繰り返すステップ、
の各々を、ユーザの介入なしに且つ自動的に実行するプロセッサ;
を有し、
前記アブレーションが成功しないかどうかの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
装置。 - 所定のアブレーション点の集合について、次のステップa)乃至d)、即ち、
a)現在の点に達するときに前記現在の点におけるアブレーションを開始するために、前記所定のアブレーション点のうちの前記現在の点に接近するように、前記アブレーション装置を操縦するステップ、
b)前記接近が成功しないかどうかを判定し、該判定が肯定的な場合、前記現在の点の位置を記憶するステップ、
c)前記接近が成功したことが判定される場合、前記現在の点における前記アブレーションが成功しないかどうかを判定し、該判定が肯定的な場合、前記位置を記憶するステップ、及び
d)最後の点が処理されるまで、次の点について前記ステップa)乃至c)を繰り返すステップ、
の各々を、ユーザの介入なしに且つ自動的に実行する段階;
を有し、
前記アブレーションが成功しないかどうかの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
方法を実行するための命令を有するコンピュータプログラムが組み込まれたコンピュータ読み出し可能媒体を有するコンピュータプログラム。 - 経路を導き出すように計画する段階;
複数のアブレーション点に到達するように前記導き出された経路における前記複数のアブレーション点に向かってアブレーション装置を自動的に操縦する段階;
アブレーション中に変動するパラメータに基づいて、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点において前記アブレーションを自動的に制御する段階;
前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点のうちの、前記アブレーションが失敗したアブレーション点を自動的に判定する段階、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことが判定された、前記到達した前記アブレーション点の位置を自動的に記録する段階;及び
機能的果制御からもたらされる新しいアブレーション点に連続して自動的に接近させるように前記機能的結果制御を実行する段階;
を含み、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
アブレーション方法。 - アブレーション装置であって:
複数のアブレーション点に到達するように予め計画された経路における前記複数のアブレーション点に向かってアブレーション装置を自動的に操縦する手段;
アブレーション中に変動するパラメータに基づいて、前記到達した前記複数のアブレーション点において前記アブレーションを自動的に制御する手段;
前記到達した複数のアブレーション点のうちの、前記アブレーションが失敗したアブレーション点を自動的に判定する手段;
前記アブレーションが失敗したことが判定された、前記到達した前記アブレーション点の位置を自動的に記録する手段;及び
機能的結果制御からもたらされる新しいアブレーション点に連続して自動的に接近させる手段;
を有し、
前記アブレーションが失敗したことの判定は、カテーテルとの物理的接触の有無、アブレーション点における温度、アブレーションの持続時間、電力出力、インピーダンスのうち少なくとも一つを利用して行われる、
アブレーション装置。 - 請求項8に記載のアブレーション装置であって、前記自動的に接近する手段は、アブレーション後のマッピングをアブレーション前のマッピングと比較する手段を有し、前記の新しいアブレーション点をもたらすことは前記比較からもたらされる、アブレーション装置。
- 請求項8に記載のアブレーション装置であって、前記新しいアブレーション点を有する経路に沿って視覚的にスキャニングする光学的出力制御部を更に有する、アブレーション装置。
