Claims (8)
- 温度上昇に対して抵抗値が低下または略一定の安定領域と立上り温度を超えると急激に抵抗値が増加する立上がり領域とを有する特性のPTCヒータと、前記PTCヒータをDUTY制御するヒータ制御部と、室内温度を検知する温度検知部と、前記PTCヒータと熱交換する気流を発生する送風機と、前記PTCヒータの電流値を検知する電流検知部とを備え、前記PTCヒータにより昇温された空気を室内に送出して暖房運転を行う空気調和機において、室内温度が設定温度よりも低温領域を含む低温温度帯の時にDUTY比を100%にして前記PTCヒータを前記立上がり領域で駆動するとともに、室内温度が設定温度に対して高温な高温温度帯の時に前記PTCヒータを停止し、前記低温温度帯と前記高温温度帯との間の中間温度帯の時に所定のDUTY比にして前記PTCヒータを前記安定領域で駆動し、
室内温度が前記低温温度帯に移行した初期にDUTY比を前記中間温度帯のDUTY比よりも大きくし、前記電流検知部から所定周期で取得した電流値が前回取得された電流値に対して低下して電流値の極大値が発生したと判断した際にDUTY比を所定量だけ増加させる処理をDUTY比が100%になるまで繰り返すことを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記中間温度帯を更に複数の補助温度帯に区分し、高温側の前記補助温度帯の時に低温側の前記補助温度帯の時よりも前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記送風機の回転数を高温側の前記補助温度帯の時に低温側の前記補助温度帯の時よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記送風機の回転数を前記高温温度帯の時に前記低温温度帯の時よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 室内温度が前記低温温度帯に移行した初期に前記送風機を第1の回転数で駆動するとともに、前記PTCヒータのDUTY比が100%になるまでの間に前記送風機の回転数を第1の回転数から徐々に低下させ、前記PTCヒータのDUTY比が100%になった際に前記送風機を第1の回転数よりも大きな第2の回転数で駆動することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が所定値よりも大きいときに前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を所定量だけ減少させることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 冷凍サイクルを運転する圧縮機と、冷凍サイクルの高温部に配されて前記送風機で発生した気流と熱交換を行う熱交換器とを備えるとともに、前記圧縮機の駆動による暖房運転と前記PTCヒータの駆動による暖房運転とを切り換えることができ、前記圧縮機の駆動による暖房運転を行った際に室内温度が所定温度よりも低いときに前記PTCヒータの駆動による暖房運転に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 暖房運転を開始する際に前記PTCヒータの駆動による暖房運転を行い、室内温度が所定温度よりも高温になると前記圧縮機の駆動による暖房運転に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気調和機。
