Claims (8)
- PTCヒータと、前記PTCヒータをDUTY制御するヒータ制御部と、前記PTCヒータの電流値を検知する電流検知部とを備え、前記PTCヒータにより昇温された空気を室内に送出して暖房運転を行う空気調和機において、
所定のDUTY比で前記PTCヒータの駆動を開始し、前記電流検知部により検知される前記PTCヒータの電流値を所定周期で取得して前回の電流値に対して同じまたは低下した際に極大値と判断し、
前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が極大値となった際に前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を所定量だけ増加させるDUTY増加処理を行って前記PTCヒータの電流値を上昇させ、
前記DUTY増加処理をDUTY比が100%になるまで繰り返して前記PTCヒータの電流値を徐々に増加させることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が所定値よりも小さいときに前記DUTY増加処理を行うとともに、前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が所定値よりも大きいときに前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を所定量だけ減少させるDUTY減少処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- PTCヒータと、前記PTCヒータをDUTY制御するヒータ制御部と、前記PTCヒータの電流値を検知する電流検知部とを備え、前記PTCヒータにより昇温された空気を室内に送出して暖房運転を行う空気調和機において、
所定のDUTY比で前記PTCヒータの駆動を開始し、前記電流検知部により検知される前記PTCヒータの電流値を所定周期で取得し、前回の電流値に対して同じまたは低下した際に極大値と判断し、
前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が極大値となった際に前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を所定量だけ増加させるDUTY増加処理をDUTY比が100%になるまで繰り返し、
前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が第1の所定値よりも大きいときに前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を所定量だけ減少させるDUTY減少処理を行い、
前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が第1の所定値よりも低い第2の所定値よりも小さいときに前記DUTY増加処理を行い、
前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が第1の所定値と第2の所定値との間のときに前記PTCヒータのDUTY比の増減を行わないことを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記PTCヒータに向かう気流を発生する送風機を備え、前記PTCヒータの駆動開始時に前記送風機を第1の回転数で駆動するとともに、前記PTCヒータのDUTY比が100%になった際に前記送風機を第1の回転数よりも大きな第2の回転数で駆動することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記PTCヒータのDUTY比が100%になるまでの間に、前記送風機の回転数を第1の回転数から徐々に低下させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記ヒータ制御部は前記PTCヒータをトライアック制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- PTCヒータをDUTY制御するヒータ制御部と、前記PTCヒータの電流値を検知する電流検知部とを備え、所定のDUTY比で前記PTCヒータの駆動を開始し、前記電流検知部により検知される前記PTCヒータの電流値を所定周期で取得して前回の電流値に対して同じまたは低下した際に極大値と判断し、前記電流検知部により検知した電流値が極大値となった際に前記PTCヒータのDUTY比を所定量だけ増加させるDUTY増加処理を行って前記PTCヒータの電流値を上昇させ、前記DUTY増加処理をDUTY比が100%になるまで繰り返して前記PTCヒータの電流値を徐々に増加させることを特徴とするPTCヒータの制御方法。
- 前記PTCヒータに向かう気流を発生する送風機を備え、前記PTCヒータの駆動開始時に前記送風機を第1の回転数で駆動するとともに、前記PTCヒータのDUTY比が100%になった際に前記送風機を第1の回転数よりも大きな第2の回転数で駆動することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のPTCヒータの制御方法。
