Claims (2)
- コークス炉の炭化室内に装入されるとともに補修作業者を収容可能とした箱型の断熱ボックスにおいて、
断熱材が内部に充填されており、少なくともボックス側壁を構成するための断熱パネルと、
上記ボックス側壁の上端から下端に至る主骨を構成する、上下方向に延長された複数本の縦水管と、
上記縦水管の上端並びに下端を連結する横水管と、
何れかの上記縦水管の上端に設けられた、当該断熱ボックスを吊り上げるためのロープを固定する固定手段とを備え、
上記縦水管並びに上記横水管は、当該縦水管に沿って上下方向に往復迂回するように冷却水が内部を流通可能に構成され、更に上記縦水管並びに上記横水管の経路の上端を横方向に広がりを持たせ、上記縦水管と上記固定手段とが連結部を介して互いに連結されていること
を特徴とするコークス炉の熱間補修工事用断熱ボックス。 - 上記固定手段からの力を上記連結部を介して上記縦水管へと伝達させること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のコークス炉の熱間補修工事用断熱ボックス。
