Claims (3)
- 坩堝と、複数本の導体からなるインダクタデバイスと
を具備する溶解炉において、
複数本の導体のそれぞれの両端を共通の集電器へ接続して、円筒状としたインダクタデバイスを形成し、これによって坩堝を囲み、
複数本の導体のそれぞれが、坩堝に対して同心となる第1層内および第2層内に存在し、複数本の導体のそれぞれは垂直および水平に対して傾斜し、
第1層内での複数本の導体はそれぞれ平行関係にあり、かつ、第2層内での複数本の導体もそれぞれ平行関係にあり、かつ、
第1層内の導体の傾斜方向と第2層内の導体の傾斜方向は互いに逆方向であることを特徴とする溶解炉。 - 導電性のスペーサが、第1層内の導体の部分と第2層内の導体の部分との間に取り付けられ、該導体の部分は円筒状としたインダクタデバイスの上下端に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記導体は管状の導体であり、
前記導体は前記スペーサを横断するチャネルを備え、かつ、
側面オリフィスが前記スペーサの対面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の溶解炉。
