Claims (6)
- 蓄電器と、
前記蓄電器から放出される電流によりフラッシュ光を発するランプと、
前記フラッシュ光が所定照度で所定時間維持されるように予め定められた制御パターンに従って、前記ランプを流れる電流の量をフィードフォワード制御する制御器と、
を備え、
前記制御パターンは、前記フラッシュ光の照度が最大照度に到達した後に前記所定照度まで降下した時点から、前記ランプを流れる電流の量を時間に応じて増加させるように定められ、
前記制御パターンでは、前記所定照度が低いほど、前記ランプを流れる電流の量の増加を開始するタイミングが遅い、
ことを特徴とするソーラシミュレータ。 - 請求項1に記載のソーラシミュレータであって、
前記フラッシュ光の照度を検出する検出器を更に備え、
前記制御器は、前記フラッシュ光の照度が前記所定照度で維持されるように、前記ランプを流れる電流の量を前記検出された照度に応じてフィードバック制御する、
ことを特徴とするソーラシミュレータ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のソーラシミュレータであって、
前記制御器の過去の制御に基づいて前記制御パターンを補正する補正部を更に備える、
ことを特徴とするソーラシミュレータ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のソーラシミュレータであって、
前記制御パターンは、前記フラッシュ光が第1の照度で所定時間維持された後に、該第1の照度よりも低い第2の照度で所定時間維持されるように定められる、
ことを特徴とするソーラシミュレータ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のソーラシミュレータであって、
前記制御器は、前記ランプを含む電流経路に設けられたパワースイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する、
ことを特徴とするソーラシミュレータ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のソーラシミュレータであって、
前記蓄電器は、蓄電容量を切り替え可能とされる、
ことを特徴とするソーラシミュレータ。
