Description
図1は、本発明に係る燃料電池モジュール1(以下、モジュールという場合がある。)の一例を示す外観斜視図であり、図2は図1で示すモジュール1の断面図である。なお、以降の図において同一の部材については同一の番号を付するものとする。
Claims (5)
- 収納容器と、
該収納容器内に収納された、内部にガス流路を有する柱状の固体酸化物形燃料電池セルを複数個立設させた状態で配列して電気的に接続してなるセルスタックと、
前記収納容器内に収納された、前記固体酸化物形燃料電池セルの下端を固定するとともに前記固体酸化物形燃料電池セルに燃料ガスを供給するためのマニホールドと、
前記収納容器内に収納された、前記固体酸化物形燃料電池セルの上方に配置され前記固体酸化物形燃料電池セルに供給する燃料ガスを生成するための改質器と、
前記収納容器の外面に配置された原燃料を気化させて前記改質器に供給するための気化器と、
該気化器の温度を上昇させるための熱源と、
を備える燃料電池モジュールと、
前記気化器に水を供給するための水供給手段と、
前記気化器に液体燃料である原燃料を供給するための原燃料供給手段と、
前記水供給手段および前記原燃料供給手段の動作を制御する制御装置と、
を外装ケース内に収納してなり、
前記制御装置は、前記水供給手段の動作を制御して前記気化器内に水を供給するとともに、前記気化器内にて水が気化したのちに、前記原燃料が前記気化器内に供給されるように前記原燃料供給手段の動作を制御する
ことを特徴とする燃料電池装置。 - 前記気化器内に改質触媒を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記固体酸化物形燃料電池セルでの未反応の燃料ガスを前記固体酸化物形燃料電池セルの上端部で燃焼させる燃焼領域を有するとともに、前記気化器が、該燃焼領域と対向する前記収納容器の外面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記気化器内に温度センサを配置するとともに、
前記制御装置は、前記温度センサにより測定される温度が第1の温度以下の場合に、前記熱源を作動させるように制御し、かつ、前記温度センサにより測定される温度が第1の温度よりも高く設定された第2の温度より高い場合に、前記熱源を停止させるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池装置。 - 前記収納容器内に温度センサを配置するとともに、
前記制御装置は、前記温度センサにより測定される温度が第1の温度以下の場合に、前記熱源を作動させるように制御し、かつ、前記温度センサにより測定される温度が第1の温度よりも高く設定された第2の温度より高い場合に、前記熱源を停止させるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池装置。
