Description
図2〜図4を参照すると、本発明の実施例1は、線熱源20を提供する。該線熱源20は、線状の支持体202と、反射層210と、加熱素子204と、保護層208と、二つの電極206とを含む。
本実施例は、線熱源を提供する。本実施例の線熱源は、前記実施例1の線熱源20の構造と基本的に同じである。異なる点は、前記加熱素子が複数のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造を含むカーボンナノチューブ構造体を含むことである。
図19を参照し、本発明の実施例3による線熱源が提供される。該線熱源は、前記実施例1の線熱源20の構造と基本的に同じである。異なる点は、前記加熱素子が複数のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造を含み、該複数のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造は交叉して配列されていることである。例えば、一部の前記複数のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造は平行に配列され、前記二つの電極206に電気的に接続され、もう一部の前記複数のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造は、前記二つの電極206に電気的に接続された前記カーボンナノチューブ線状構造に、垂直に配列される。前記カーボンナノチューブ線状構造は、非ねじれ状のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造(図14に示すように)であり、又はねじれ状のカーボンナノチューブワイヤ(図15に示すように)である。
図20を参照し、本発明の実施例4による線熱源が提供される。該線熱源は、前記実施例1の線熱源20の構造と基本的に同じである。異なる点は、前記加熱素子が一本のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造を含み、該カーボンナノチューブ線状構造が前記線状の支持体202に設置された反射層210の表面に巻き付かれ、該カーボンナノチューブ線状構造の両端がそれぞれ、前記二つの電極206に電気的に接続されることである。前記カーボンナノチューブ線状構造は、非ねじれ状のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造(図14に示すように)であり、又はねじれ状のカーボンナノチューブ線状構造(図15に示すように)である。また、前記カーボンナノチューブ線状構造は、一本のカーボンナノチューブワイヤだけを含んでもよい。

Claims (4)
- 線状の支持体と、前記線状の支持体に設置された加熱素子と、前記加熱素子と電気的に接続された二つの電極と、を含み、
前記加熱素子が少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、該カーボンナノチューブフィルムが複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、該複数のカーボンナノチューブが、一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルム内において異なる複数の方向に沿って、選択的な方向に配列されていることを特徴とする線熱源。 - 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、それぞれ前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムの表面と成す角度が0°〜15°であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線熱源。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが、前記線状の支持体の表面を被覆し、又は前記線状の支持体の表面に巻き付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の線熱源。
- 前記加熱素子及び前記線状の支持体の間に反射層が設置されていて、該反射層が前記加熱素子から放出された熱を反射することに用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の線熱源。
