Description
水酸化ナトリウム3.7kgを水42Lに溶解し、これに二価フェノールとしてビスフェノールA(BPA)7.2kg、及びハイドロサルファイト(HD)8gを溶解した。これにメチレンクロライド(MC)28Lを加えて攪拌しつつ、p−t−ブチルフェノール(PTBP)96gを加え、次いでホスゲン(PG)3.5kgを60分かけて吹き込んだ。ホスゲン吹き込み後、激しく攪拌して反応液を乳化させ、乳化後、8gのトリエチルアミン(TEA)を加え約1時間攪拌し重合させた。
120Lの反応容器に、9%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液42L、7.35kgのビスフェノールA(BPA)、1.50kgのテトラブロモビスフェノールA(TBA)、塩化メチレン50Lを入れ、撹拌下、温度を約20℃に保ちながら、ホスゲン4.2kgを30分で吹き込んだ。次に、塩化メチレン2Lに溶解したp−tert−ブチルフェノール209g、トリエチルアミン7mLを添加し、約1時間撹拌し重合した。
窒素ガス雰囲気下120℃で調製されたジフェニルカーボネート(DPC)融液205.0モル/h、及び、窒素ガス雰囲気下計量されたビスフェノールA(BPA)粉末197.1モル/h(DPC/BPAモル比1.04)を、窒素雰囲気下140℃に調整された原料混合槽に連続的に供給した。次いでこの原料混合液を容量100Lの第1竪型撹拌重合槽に連続的に供給した。一方、上記混合物の供給開始と同時に、触媒として2重量%の炭酸セシウム水溶液を、触媒導入管を介して1.60mL/h(設定触媒量:BPA1モルに対し0.5μモル)の流量で連続供給を開始した。
実施例3にて得られたポリカーボネート樹脂ペレット500gを、水50gに浸した状態で電子線を照射する以外は、実施例3と同様の操作を行った。電子線照射後の残存フェノール量を測定したところ、3ppmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、ガンマ線照射を行わなかった以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行った。ポリカーボネート樹脂乾燥粒状物の残存BPA量を測定したところ、20ppmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例2において、電子線照射を行わなかった以外は、実施例2と同様の操作を行った。白色粉末状のハロゲン化ポリカーボネート樹脂の残存TBA量を測定したところ、18ppmであった。結果を表1に示す。
実施例3において、電子線照射を行わなかった以外は、実施例3と同様の操作を行った。ポリカーボネート樹脂ペレットの残存フェノール量を測定したところ、43ppmであった。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- 芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物と、ホスゲン又は炭酸ジエステル類との反応により得られる芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂に、極性溶媒存在下、電離放射線を照射することを特徴とする、芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂粉粒体の製造方法。
- 芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物と、ホスゲン又は炭酸ジエステル類との反応により得られる芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂を固化し、得られた固体芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂に電離放射線を照射することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂粉粒体の製造方法。
- 芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂が、芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物と、炭酸ジエステル類との反応により得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂粉粒体の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の製造方法にて得られた芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂粉粒体を溶融成形してなる、芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂成形体。
- 食品保存用樹脂成形体であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂成形体。
