Claims (20)
- 脊椎安定化のためのロッドアセンブリであって、
第1の端区分(2a)および第2の端区分(2b)を有する可撓性の管状要素(2、2′)と、
前記第2の端区分(2b)に接続されるアダプタ(5)とを備え、前記アダプタ(5)は、脊椎安定化装置の他のロッド部分または他のロッドアセンブリと接続するための係合構造(10、6)を有し、前記アダプタ(5)の少なくとも一部(5a)は前記第2の端区分(2b)内へまたは上へ延在し、前記ロッドアセンブリはさらに
前記管状要素の中を延在する長手方向のコア(8)を備え、前記コアは、前記第1の端区分(2a)の少なくとも一部の中を延在する第1の端、および前記アダプタの前記一部(5a)内へ延在し、その中で自由に可動である第2の端(9)を有する、ロッドアセンブリ。 - 前記アダプタ(5)は、前記管状要素の前記第2の端区分(2b)内へ延在する管状部分(5a)を備える、請求項1に記載のロッドアセンブリ。

- 前記第1のアダプタの前記管状部分(4a)は円筒形または多角形状の表面を有する、請求項7または8に記載のロッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の(4)および/または前記第2の(5)アダプタは、圧入接続によって前記管状要素(2、2′)に接続される、請求項1から9の1つに記載のロッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の(4)および/または前記第2の(5)アダプタは、前記第1の端区分(2a)または前記第2の端区分(2b)に対向する自身の側にそれぞれ、ねじを切った部分を有する、請求項1から10の1つに記載のロッドアセンブリ。
- 前記ねじは雌(10)または雄(6)ねじである、請求項11に記載のロッドアセンブリ。
