Claims (7)
- 척추의 고정되는 나사에 결합되어 척추경의 각도 및 간격을 교정하는 척추 교정용 로드에 있어서,
막대형상의 전방로드,
상기 전방로드와 일렬로 배치되는 후방로드,
상기 전방로드와 상기 후방로드를 연결하며 상기 전방로드와 상기 후방로드가 서로 비틀어 질 수 있도록 내부가 관통되며 나선형상으로 형성된 비틀림부, 그리고
상기 비틀림부의 외면을 감싸 상기 전방로드와 상기 후방로드가 일정각도 이상 좌굴되는 것을 방지하는 아웃 쉘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추교정용 로드.
- 제1항에서,
상기 아웃터 쉘과 상기 전방로드의 사이에는 상기 전방로드를 상기 후방로드가 위치되는 방향으로 탄성력이 발생하도록 지지하는 제1 탄성부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추교정용 로드.
- 제1항에서,
상기 전방로드에는 일부 관통된 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 후방로드는 내부가 빈 중공으로 형성되며,
상기 후방로드의 중공으로는 일단은 상기 관통공에 지지되고 타단은 상기 중공을 폐쇄하는 고정부재에 의해 지지되는 탄성핀이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 교정용 로드.
- 제3항에서,
상기 고정부재와 상기 후방로드의 사이에는 제2 탄성부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추교정용 로드.
- 제1항에서,
상기 전방로드와 상기 후방로드는 외력에 의해 동일 축 상에서 서로 반대되도록 회전되었다가 상기 비틀림부의 회전 탄성에 의해 초기 상태로 복귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추교정용 로드.
- 제1항에서,
상기 전방로드, 상기 후방로드 및 상기 비틀림부는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징을 하는 척추교정용 로드.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에서,
상기 제1 탄성부재 또는 상기 제2 탄성부재는 스프링와셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추교정용 로드.
