Claims (7)
- 翼(12)およびプレート(13)を含み、翼(12)が、片側においてピボット(14)によって延長され、ピボット(14)によってターボ機械のケーシング(3)の穴に回転可能に取り付けられるとともに、プレート(13)が、翼およびピボットによって形成される線に直交して翼とピボットとの間に位置しているターボ機械の可変ピッチのステータブレードであって、
プレートの翼とは反対側の面が、第1の領域(20)および第2の領域(22)を含み、第1の領域(20)が、翼(12)へと加わる横方向の力ゆえに、ケーシング(3)の壁面とのきわめて強い摩擦にさらされ、プレートの厚さが第2の領域(22)において、第1の領域(20)のプレートの厚さに比べて減じられており、
第2の領域(22)のより薄い部分が、プレート(13)の周囲とピボット(14)との間に減圧チャンバを形成するため、縁(23)によって境界付けされていることを特徴とする、ブレード。 - 第2の領域(22)のより薄い部分が、ピボット(14)を中心として60〜120度の円弧にわたって広がっている、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 第1の領域が、吸い込み側に位置し、第2の領域が、翼の加圧側から広がっている、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 第2の領域(22)のより薄い部分が、プレート(13)を機械加工することによって得られた空洞を形成している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 空洞が、平坦な底部または湾曲した底部を有する、請求項4に記載のブレード。
- 空洞が、円弧にて細長い、請求項4または5に記載のブレード。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のステータブレードを少なくとも1つ含む、ターボ機械。
