Description
Claims (9)
- ターボ機械の圧縮機ブレード(2)で、半径方向端部(4)にスキーラ先端を(5)備え、その半径方向延在長さが所定の公称半径方向延在長さ(6)より短い圧縮機ブレード(2)の修復方法にして、前記スキーラ先端の壁で行われる冷間圧縮加工を使用して、前記スキーラ先端の半径方向延在長さが前記公称延在長さより長くなるように前記スキーラ先端を長くするステップを含み、圧縮加工が、前記スキーラ先端の厚さより狭い間隔だけ離間した直線母線を有する2つのローラ(7)間でブレード(2)の端部を移動させることで行われるローラバニシング加工とする修復方法であって、ブレードの端部の前記移動が、ブレードの前縁を後縁に接続する弦に沿って行われることを特徴とする、修復方法。
- ローラ(7)の間隔が、前記スキーラ先端の局部厚さより0.1〜0.5mmだけ狭い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 長さを伸ばすのが、一連のローラバニシングパスによって達成され、パスの高さが0.1〜0.5mmである、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 進行速度が、20m/分以上である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ローラバニシング加工によって加えられる圧力が、ブレード(2)の弦に沿って変化する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ローラ(7)の軸(8)が進行方向に垂直な面に対して傾斜しており、軸の上部が進行方向に対して前にずれている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ローラ(7)の軸(8)の傾斜角度が、5°未満である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- チタン合金製のブレード(2)に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- チタン合金がTA6Vである、請求項8に記載の方法。
