前記保護部材は、モリブデン(Mo)を添加したニッケル(Ni)−クロム(Cr)合金を用い、前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管に面接触する曲率を有して前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管周囲を複数で覆う板状部材として形成され、
前記複数の板状部材からなる保護部材はそれぞれ断面が半円状に形成されて前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管を面接触して覆い、一の保護部材における周方向縁部が他の保護部材における周方向縁部に接する位置の前記一の保護部材側に係合フックが、他の保護部材側に係合突起がそれぞれ設けられ、前記係合突起に係合フックを係合させて前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管に取り付けるようにし、
隣り合う前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管に取り付けられる前記保護部材間において、取り付け角度を逆方向に異ならせる

Claims (2)
- 重油を主燃料とした舶用ボイラであって、
舶用ボイラ過熱器管と、
前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管の一部に設けられ、バナジウム含有燃焼灰付着による腐蝕を防止する舶用ボイラ過熱器管の保護部材と、
を備え、
前記保護部材は、モリブデン(Mo)を添加したニッケル(Ni)−クロム(Cr)合金を用い、前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管に面接触する曲率を有して前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管周囲を複数で覆う板状部材として形成され、
前記複数の板状部材からなる保護部材はそれぞれ断面が半円状に形成されて前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管を面接触して覆い、一の保護部材における周方向縁部が他の保護部材における周方向縁部に接する位置の前記一の保護部材側に係合フックが、他の保護部材側に係合突起がそれぞれ設けられ、前記係合突起に係合フックを係合させて前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管に取り付けるようにし、
隣り合う前記舶用ボイラ過熱器管に取り付けられる前記保護部材間において、取り付け角度を逆方向に異ならせる
ことを特徴とする舶用ボイラ。 - 前記保護部材を形成する板状部材における一の板状部材は軸方向長さが他の板状部材より短く形成され、前記一の板状部材の無い領域を、該領域に周方向端部が存在する他の板状部材のそれぞれに別個に溶接されて相対する部位に隙間を形成した副板状部材で覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載した舶用ボイラ。
