Description
図1は、本発明の連続焼鈍設備を備えた合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備を示したものであり、1は鋼帯、2は加熱帯、3は均熱帯、4および6はブライドルロールユニットチャンバー、5は急冷帯、7は冷却帯(徐冷帯)、8は溶融亜鉛めっき槽、9は亜鉛めっき付着量制御装置、10は合金化炉である。
鋼帯1は、図2に示したように、図中の矢印方向に向かって、均熱帯3からブライドルロールユニットチャンバー4へ搬送されて、ブライドルロールユニット12に巻き掛かり、次いで、急冷帯5に搬送され、その後、ブライドルロールユニット16に巻き掛かるようにして通板される。その際、鋼帯1は、ブライドルロールユニット12および16によって、急冷帯5における所望の張力が付与されると同時に、ロール内部の誘導加熱装置で予め加熱された加熱ロール16bを有する急冷帯後のブライドルロールユニット16によって、鋼帯幅方向の温度分布の均一化が達成される。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも加熱帯、均熱帯、急冷帯および徐冷帯を備えた鋼板用の連続焼鈍設備であって、前記急冷帯はガスジェット冷却設備を有すると共に、前記急冷帯の入口および出口のそれぞれには1対以上のシールロールを配設し、さらに前記急冷帯の前後には2本以上のブライドルロールから構成されるブライドルロールユニットを配設すると共に、前記急冷帯後のブライドルロールユニットのうちの急冷帯に近い側に、内部に誘導加熱装置を有する加熱ロールを2本以上有し、さらに該加熱ロールの巻付け角度は各加熱ロール当り100°以上でかつ全加熱ロール合計で380°以上であることを特徴とする連続焼鈍設備。
- 冷延鋼板の製造設備であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続焼鈍設備。
- 溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続焼鈍設備。
- 合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続焼鈍設備。
