Claims (20)
- 減圧治療システムであって、
ユーザの足の下方に配置されるように構成された第1および第2圧縮性ブラダーであって、その各々が、チャンバ壁に実質的に包囲されたチャンバを有するとともに、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作可能な第1および第2圧縮性ブラダーと、
前記第1圧縮性ブラダーを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第1圧縮性ブラダーのチャンバ壁と動作可能に関連する第1付勢部材と、
前記第2圧縮性ブラダーを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第2圧縮性ブラダーのチャンバ壁と動作可能に関連する第2付勢部材と、
前記ユーザの組織部位に配置されて、前記第1および第2圧縮性ブラダーの前記チャンバと連通するマニホールドと、
前記組織部位に送達される圧力を調整するために、前記チャンバと前記マニホールドとの間に流体流通可能に連結される圧力調整器とを備え、
前記第1圧縮性ブラダーが前記足の前側部分の下方に位置するように構成され、前記第2圧縮性ブラダーが前記足の踵部分の下方に位置するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位からの滲出液を収集するために、前記チャンバと前記マニホールドとの間に流体流通可能に連結されるキャニスタをさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、ユーザが前記足の踵部分と前側部分に周期的に重量を加えたときに、前記第1および第2圧縮性ブラダーが、前記チャンバ内で減圧を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記付勢部材が前記チャンバ内に配置されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記付勢部材が連続気泡発泡体であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 減圧治療システムであって、
ユーザの足の下方に配置可能な第1および第2圧縮性チャンバであって、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作することができ、かつ各々が入口および出口を有する第1および第2圧縮性チャンバと、
前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバ内の流体が前記入口から流出するのを阻止するために、各入口と連通する入口弁と、
流体が前記出口を通じて前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバに流入するのを阻止するために、各出口と連通する出口弁と、
各圧縮性チャンバを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために各圧縮性チャンバ内に配置される付勢部材と、
組織部位に配置可能であって、前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバの入口と連通するマニホールドと、
前記組織部位に送達される圧力を調整するために、前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバと前記マニホールドとの間に流体流通可能に連結される圧力調整器とを備え、
前記第1圧縮性チャンバが前記足の前側部分の下方に位置するように構成され、前記第2圧縮性チャンバが前記足の踵部分の下方に位置するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位からの滲出液を収集するために、前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバの前記入口と前記マニホールドとの間に流体流通可能に連結されるキャニスタをさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバがブラダーであることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、 ユーザが前記足の踵部分と前側部分に周期的に重量を加えたときに、前記第1および第2圧縮性チャンバが、減圧を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記付勢部材が連続気泡発泡体であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 減圧治療システムであって、
ユーザの足の下方に配置可能な第1圧縮性ブラダーであって、第1チャンバを有するとともに、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作可能な第1圧縮性ブラダーと、
前記第1圧縮性ブラダーを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第1チャンバ内に配置される第1付勢部材と、
第1可変容量キャビティおよび第2可変容量キャビティを有し、前記第1可変容量キャビティが前記第1圧縮性ブラダーの前記第1チャンバに流体流通可能に連結される圧力調整器と、
組織部位に配置可能であって、前記圧力調整器の前記第2可変容量キャビティと連通するマニホールドと、
ユーザの足の下方に配置可能な第2圧縮性ブラダーであって、第2チャンバを有するとともに、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作可能な第2圧縮性ブラダーと、
前記第2圧縮性ブラダーを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第2チャンバ内に配置される第2付勢部材とを備え、
前記第2チャンバが前記第1可変容量キャビティに連通しており、
前記第1圧縮性ブラダーが前記足の前側部分の下方に位置するように構成され、前記第2圧縮性ブラダーが前記足の踵部分の下方に位置するように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1可変容量キャビティが、前記第1チャンバから正に加圧された空気を受け取ったときに、膨張するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1可変容量キャビティが膨張したときに、前記第2可変容量キャビティが膨張して減圧を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1可変容量キャビティが、前記第1チャンバから正に加圧された空気を受け取ったときに、膨張するように構成されるとともに、前記第1可変容量キャビティが膨張したときに、前記第2可変容量キャビティが膨張して減圧を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧力調整器が蛇腹装置を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1チャンバが入口および出口を含み、前記システムがさらに、前記第1チャンバから流出する流体が前記入口を通過するのを阻止するために、前記入口と連通する入口弁と、流体が前記出口を通じて前記第1チャンバに流入するのを阻止するために、前記出口と連通する出口弁とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記組織部位からの滲出液を収集するために、前記第2可変容量キャビティと前記マニホールドとの間に流体流通可能に連結されるキャニスタをさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1および第2付勢部材が連続気泡発泡体であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 減圧治療システムであって、
ユーザの足の前側部分の下方に配置されるように構成された第1圧縮性ブラダーであって、チャンバ壁に実質的に包囲された第1チャンバを有するとともに、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作可能な第1圧縮性ブラダーと、
前記第1圧縮性ブラダーを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第1チャンバと動作可能に関連する第1弾性部材と、
前記ユーザの組織部位に配置されて、前記第1チャンバと連通するマニホールドと、
前記ユーザの前記足の踵部分の下方に配置される第2圧縮性ブラダーであって、第2チャンバ壁に実質的に包囲された第2チャンバを有するとともに、第2の減圧を生成するために、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作可能な第2圧縮性ブラダーと、
前記第2圧縮性ブラダーを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第2チャンバ壁と動作可能に関連する第2付勢部材とを備え、
前記第2圧縮性ブラダーの前記第2チャンバが前記マニホールドと連通することを特徴とするシステム。 - 減圧治療システムであって、
ユーザの足の前側部分の下方に配置可能な第1圧縮性チャンバであって、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作することができ、かつ第1入口および第1出口を有する第1圧縮性チャンバと、
前記第1圧縮性チャンバ内の流体が前記第1入口から流出するのを阻止するために、前記第1入口と連通する第1入口弁と、
流体が前記第1出口を通じて前記第1圧縮性チャンバに流入するのを阻止するために、前記第1出口と連通する第1出口弁と、
前記第1圧縮性チャンバを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第1圧縮性チャンバ内に配置される第1付勢部材と、
組織部位に配置可能であって、前記第1圧縮性チャンバの前記第1入口と連通するマニホールドと、
前記ユーザの前記足の踵部分の下方に配置可能な第2圧縮性チャンバであって、膨張位置と圧縮位置との間で動作することができ、かつ第2入口および第2出口を有する第2圧縮性チャンバと、
前記第2圧縮性チャンバ内の流体が前記第2入口から流出するのを阻止するために、前記第2入口と連通する第2入口弁と、
流体が前記第2出口を通じて前記第2圧縮性チャンバに流入するのを阻止するために、前記第2出口と連通する第2出口弁と、
前記第2圧縮性チャンバを前記膨張位置に向けて付勢するために前記第2圧縮性チャンバ内に配置される第2付勢部材とを備え、
前記第2圧縮性チャンバが前記マニホールドと連通することを特徴とするシステム。
