Claims (4)
- 屋根材に取り付けられる平板状のベース部と、
該ベース部に立設された一対の天板支持部によって前記ベース部より高い位置に支持されている平板状の天板部と、
該天板部を貫通し両端が閉端となった長孔部と、
該長孔部を通過する大きさの軸部、及び、前記長孔部を通過しない大きさの頭部を備え、前記天板部より下方に前記頭部を位置させた状態で前記軸部を前記長孔部に挿通していると共に、太陽電池モジュールの支持部材に設けられた支持用孔部に前記軸部が挿通されるボルトと、
該ボルトの前記頭部が通過する大きさで前記天板部を貫通し、前記長孔部の一端で前記長孔部と連通している頭部挿通孔と、
前記長孔部の中心軸線を前記ベース部上に投影した線上に位置し、前記ベース部を貫通している固定用孔部と
を具備することを特徴とする固定部材。 - 一対の前記天板支持部は、それぞれ前記ベース部の一対の辺から離れた位置で前記ベース部から立設されており、
前記ベース部は、前記天板支持部と前記辺の間のベース側縁部を貫通している複数の補助固定用孔部、及び、前記ベース側縁部と前記天板支持部との境界に沿って形成された溝部とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定部材。 - 一対の前記天板支持部のそれぞれは、前記ベース部から上方に延びる立壁部、該立壁部の途中から前記天板部側に延出され前記天板部より低い高さに位置する平板状の段部、及び、該段部から上方に延び前記天板部に至る第二立壁部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の固定部材。 - 前記立壁部は、前記天板部と同じ高さに至ると共に、上端から前記天板部側に延出された立壁部突片を備え、
前記天板部は、前記第二立壁部との交差部より前記立壁部側に延出されて前記立壁部突片と対向している天板部突片を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固定部材。
