これが、本発明で定義する応力歪み線図の傾きである。
Claims (6)
- 引張り試験で求められた真歪み3〜7%の間における応力歪み線図の傾きdσ/dεが5000MPa以上の高強度鋼板と、その高強度鋼板の引張り強度に対する引張り強度比が0.3〜0.85となる鋼板とを、所定方向に延在する空間を挟んで両端において接合したものであり、前記所定方向側から圧潰されたときに安定座屈するように使用され、前記所定方向に100mm圧潰したときの吸収エネルギーが3.38〜4.99kJであることを特徴とする車両用強度部材。
- 前記高強度鋼板と前記鋼板とを摩擦攪拌接合によって接合したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用強度部材。
- 前記鋼板は平板状をなし、前記高強度鋼板は、前記鋼板と接合されるフランジ部と、このフランジ部から前記鋼板から離間する方向に立ち上がって前記空間を形成する本体部とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用強度部材。
- 前記高強度鋼板は、前記所定方向から見てハット状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用強度部材。
- 前記高強度鋼板と前記鋼板とを摩擦攪拌接合によって直線状に連続して接合したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用強度部材。
- 前記高強度鋼板と前記鋼板とを摩擦攪拌接合によって直線状に断続的に接合したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用強度部材。
