Claims (9)
- 線路導体(20)上の電流を遮断するための回路遮断器(10)であって、
線路導体と電気的連通関係にある開離可能な接点(24)と、
作動されたときに前記開離可能な接点を選択的に開くための引外し機構(26)と、
線路導体と直列に接続されたバイメタル(30)と、
前記引外し機構と電気的連通関係にあるマイクロプロセッサ(12)と、
複数の直列事故検出アルゴリズム(72,76,80,84)を有する直列アーク検出シーケンス(14)と、
前記バイメタルから前記直列アーク検出シーケンスへ低域通過信号(48)を供給するように構成されている低域通過フィルタ回路(38)であって、前記シーケンスが前記低域通過信号に基づいて前記複数のアルゴリズムから特定のアルゴリズムを選択するように構成されるようにした、低域通過フィルタ回路(38)と、
前記バイメタルから前記直列アーク検出シーケンスへ高域通過信号(46)を供給するように構成されている高域通過フィルタ回路(36)であって、前記シーケンスが前記高域通過信号から複数の統計的特徴を演算するように構成され且つ前記複数の統計的特徴と前記特定のアルゴリズムとの比較に基づいて前記引外し機構を作動するための出力信号(54)を送出するように構成されるようにした、高域通過フィルタ回路(36)と、
を有する回路遮断器(10)。 - 前記引外し機構は、前記バイメタルに過電流が加えられたときに作動するように構成されている、請求項1記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記引外し機構は、前記バイメタルを短絡する状態が生じたときに作動するように構成されている、請求項2記載の回路遮断器。
- 更に、線路導体に並列アークが検出されたときに前記引外し機構を作動するように構成されている並列アーク検出器(32)を含んでいる請求項3記載の回路遮断器。
- 更に、線路導体に並列アークが検出されたときに前記引外し機構を作動するように構成されている並列アーク検出器(32)を含んでいる請求項1記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記高域及び低域通過フィルタからの前記低域通過及び高域通過信号をサンプリングするためのアナログーディジタル変換器(50)を含んでいる請求項1記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記シーケンスは、前記低域通過信号から複数の統計的特徴を演算するように構成され且つ前記複数の統計的特徴と前記特定のアルゴリズムとの比較に基づいて前記引外し機構を作動するための出力信号(54)を送出するように構成されている、請求項1記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記低域通過フィルタ回路は更に直流オフセット(44)を含んでいる、請求項1記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記高域通過フィルタ回路は更に増幅器(40)及び直流オフセット(42)を含んでいる、請求項1記載の回路遮断器。
