Claims (10)
- 再利用可能部分と使い捨て可能部分とを有し、体組織の1つ又は複数の生理学的特性を決定するために使用可能である、体組織によって減衰された光を表す信号を出力する、非侵襲式の光センサであって、
前記光センサは、
少なくとも1つのエネルギー放射体と、体組織によって減衰されたエネルギーを検出することができ、前記体組織の1つ又は複数の生理学的特性を決定するために使用可能である信号を出力することができる検出器と、を含み、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー放射体は第1のケーシングに収容され、前記検出器は第2のケーシングに収容され、前記第1及び第2のケーシングは、弾性コネクタによって接続される、再利用可能な構成部材と、
前記第1のケーシングと機械的に嵌合可能な第1のクリップと、前記第2のケーシングと機械的に嵌合可能な第2のクリップと、を含み、前記第1及び第2のクリップの少なくとも一方は、前記適切なケーシングに対して実質的に固定されて機械的に嵌合し、前記第1及び第2のクリップの他方のスロット部は、前記適切なケーシングのタブ部に対して垂直方向及び水平方向に自由な形で機械的に嵌合し、前記体組織に対する前記使い捨て可能な構成部材の適用は、少なくとも略垂直に固定するために、垂直方向及び水平方向に自由な形の前記タブ部を前記スロット部を通じて水平方向に嵌合まで移動する、使い捨て可能な構成部材と、
を備える光センサ。 - 前記体組織からの前記使い捨て可能な構成部材の除去は、略垂直に固定され嵌合された前記タブ部を、前記スロット部を通じて水平方向に戻すように移動することによって、垂直及び水平に自由な形にし、前記使い捨て可能な構成部材及び前記除去可能な構成部材の簡単な分離を可能とする、請求項1に記載の光センサ。
- 前記使い捨て可能な構成部材は、情報素子を含み、前記再利用可能な構成部材及び前記使い捨て可能な構成部材の組み立ては、前記情報素子と前記再利用可能な要素の導線との間の電気接続を形成する、請求項1に記載の光センサ。
- 前記使い捨て可能な構成部材は、前記第1及び第2のケーシングを、中心から前記第1及び第2のケーシングの一方までの距離が、前記距離の約35%〜約45%の範囲となるように中心からずれて位置決めする、請求項1に記載の光センサ。
- 前記使い捨て可能な構成部材は、前記第1及び第2のケーシングを、中心から前記第1及び第2のケーシングの一方までの距離が、前記距離の約65%〜約55%の範囲となるように中心からずれて位置決めする、請求項1に記載の光センサ。
- 非侵襲式光センサの再利用可能な要素であって、
前記再利用可能な要素は、
少なくとも1つのエネルギー放射体と、
体組織によって減衰されるエネルギーを検出することができ、前記体組織の1つ又は複数の生理学的特性を決定するために使用可能な信号を出力することができる検出器と、
前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー放射体及び前記検出器の一方を収容する第1のケーシングであって、前記使い捨て可能な取り付け部の組み立て時に、適切な使い捨て可能な取り付け部におけるスロットの内部に垂直に摺動し、前記体組織に対する取り付け中に前記使い捨て可能な取り付け部の溝に沿って水平方向に摺動可能とすることによって、前記使い捨て可能な取り付け部に対して前記第1のケーシングを略垂直に固定する、複数のタブを含む、前記第1のケーシングと、
前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー放射体及び前記検出器の他方を収容する第2のケーシングであって、前記使い捨て可能な取り付け部における電気構成部材と電気的に通信可能な電気接点を含み、組み立て時に、前記使い捨て可能な取り付け部に対して前記第2のケーシングを実質的に固定することが可能な複数の機械的構造を含む、前記第2のケーシングと、
前記第1のケーシングを前記第2のケーシングに接続する補強された弾性コネクタと、
を備える、再利用可能な要素。 - 非侵襲式光センサの使い捨て可能な要素であって、
前記使い捨て可能な要素は、
前記非侵襲式光センサの再利用可能な構成部材の第1の電子素子の第1のハウジングを受け入れることが可能な第1の容器であって、使い捨て可能な構成部材と前記再利用可能な構成部材とを組み立てる時に前記第1のハウジングのタブを垂直に収容する、及び、前記使い捨て可能な構成部材を体組織に適用する場合、前記タブを水平に収容するために構成された、垂直な第一の部分と接続された水平な第二の部分とを有するスロットを備える、前記第1の容器と、
再利用可能な構成部材の第2の電子素子の第2のハウジングを受け入れることが可能な第2の容器であって、前記第1及び第2の電子素子の少なくとも一方は、体組織によって減衰された光を検出することが可能な検出器を含み、前記第2の容器は、電気接点と流体保護材料とを含む前ストップとを備え、前記再利用可能な構成部材が前記使い捨て可能な要素と共に組み立てた場合、前記電気接点は、前記前ストップによって流体汚れから少なくとも部分的に保護される、前記第2の容器と、
前記電気接点に電気的に接続される情報素子と、
を備える、使い捨て可能な要素。 - 前記使い捨て可能な要素は、折り目が付けられている、請求項7に記載の使い捨て可能な要素。
- 非侵襲式光センサを組み立てる方法であって、
前記方法は、
電子素子のためのハウジングを含む、再利用可能部を提供し、
第1のハウジングを略垂直に収容し、収容時には、適切なクリップ内の垂直な第一の部分と接続された水平な第二の部分とを有するスロットを通じて動かすことにより、使い捨て可能部に対して前記第1のハウジングを実質的に固定し、第2のハウジングを略垂直に収容する、前記ハウジングを収容するための複数の前記クリップを含む、前記使い捨て可能部を提供し、
前記再利用可能部の導体と前記使い捨て可能部の情報素子との電気接点を形成するために、前記使い捨て可能部の前記クリップの1つに、前記第1のハウジングを嵌め込み、
組み立てられた非侵襲式光センサを形成するために、前記第2のハウジングを前記使い捨て可能部の前記クリップのもう1つのクリップに摺動する、
