Description
さらに、前記ガス化炉から得た熱分解ガスを、改質炉と熱回収用燃焼炉に分岐する配管の改質炉入り口部分にガス遮断装置を設け、熱分解ガス全量を熱回収用燃焼炉に供給することを可能とした形態とするのが好ましい。また、前記回収用燃焼炉の燃焼用空気として、前記都市ごみやバイオマスの乾燥時に発生する臭気成分を捕集して含む空気を利用するのが好ましい。
この実施形態において、脱水汚泥の乾燥機21からガスエンジン27に至るフローの原理は先に説明したものと共通する装置群からなるものである。すなわち、原料となる脱水汚泥aは乾燥機21で所定の水分まで乾燥され、ガス化炉22に投入される。このガス化炉22で約800℃の還元雰囲気下で加熱される。かくして脱水汚泥aは乾留状態で熱分解され、発生した熱分解ガスbは、集塵機23で焼却灰など残渣が分離され、改質炉24に供給される。
a)熱分解ガスbを熱回収装置と熱回収装置への供給分と分配しているので、全量を改質炉に供給している従来の場合に比較して、ガス精製装置用苛性ソーダなどの薬液費おおむね分配比率に応じて低減することができる。
b)改質炉とその後段の改質ガス処理装置、精製装置などの規模も同様にコンパクト化することができる。また、改質炉への酸素供給量を低減できる利点も得られる。
d) ガス化炉から得た熱分解ガスを、改質炉と熱回収装置に分岐する配管の改質炉入り口部分にガスの遮断装置を設けることで、改質炉や有害成分装置、ガス発電装置に不具合が生じたときも、ガス化炉と熱回収装置で都市ごみや、下水汚泥、木質廃棄物等の処理を継続することが可能となる。
e)熱回収用燃焼炉の燃焼用空気として、前記脱水汚泥などの乾燥時に発生する臭気成分を捕集して含む空気を利用するので、臭気成分の外部への拡散をも防止できる。

Claims (4)
- 都市ごみやバイオマスを熱分解するガス化炉と、ガス化炉から得た熱分解ガスを改質する改質炉と、改質炉で得た改質ガスを精製する有害成分除去装置と、得られた精製ガスを燃料として発電する発電装置とを含む一連の装置群からなるガス化発電装置において、
前記ガス化炉から得た熱分解ガスの配管を改質炉の手前で2つに分岐し、
その一方の配管は、発電装置の発電需要に応じた必要量の熱分解ガスを、改質炉で改質したうえ、有害成分除去装置において有害ガス成分を数ppm〜数十ppmにまで低減させた精製ガスとしてその全量を発電装置へ供給する配管とし、
他方の配管は、残部の熱分解ガス中の可燃成分を燃焼させて熱回収する熱回収装置へ供給する配管とした
ことを特徴とするガス化発電装置。 - 前記熱回収装置が、供給された熱分解ガスを800℃〜1000℃で完全燃焼する熱回収用燃焼炉と、その後段で燃焼ガスの顕熱を回収する熱交換器とを含み、回収した熱量を都市ごみまたはバイオマスの乾燥熱源に利用するようにした請求項1に記載のガス化発電装置
- 前記ガス化炉から得た熱分解ガスを、改質炉と熱回収用燃焼炉に分岐する配管の改質炉入り口部分にガス遮断装置を設け、熱分解ガス全量を熱回収用燃焼炉に供給することを可能とした請求項2に記載のガス化発電装置。
- 前記熱回収用燃焼炉の燃焼用空気として、前記都市ごみやバイオマスの乾燥時に発生する臭気成分を捕集して含む空気を利用することを特徴とした請求項2または3に記載のガス化発電装置。
