Claims (6)
- 光を出射する照明装置と、
前記照明装置側に配置された第1の基板と観察者側に配置された第2の基板と前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の間に設けられた液晶層とを有する液晶パネルと、
前記照明装置と前記液晶パネルとの間に設けられた複数の集光レンズと、
を備えた液晶表示装置の製造方法において、
前記集光レンズを形成する前に、前記第1の基板外面に透明平坦化層を形成する工程と、
前記透明平坦化層上に前記複数の集光レンズを形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記透明平坦化層をフィルム貼り付けにて形成することを特徴とする液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1の基板外面へ透明平坦化層を形成する前に、少なくとも前記第1の基板外面を研磨する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記透明平坦化層は、可視光領域において透過率95%以上、100%以下の特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記透明平坦化層は、1.3以上1.7以下の屈折率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記透明平坦化層は、0.01μm以上100μm以下の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記集光レンズをオフセット印刷で形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
