Claims (8)
- ターボ機械用の回転要素であって、
ロータディスクと、
前記ディスクの外周に沿って形成された第1の半径方向取付け形状部分と、
前記ロータディスクの前記外周の差込みスロット位置に形成された第1の軸方向取付け形状部分と、
それぞれ、前記第1の半径方向取付け形状部分と相補形で、それに係合する第2の半径方向取付け形状部分を具備する根元部分を含んでおり、前記ロータディスクの前記外周に沿って、前記差込みスロット位置以外の位置に配置された、複数の半径方向差込み翼と、
前記差込みスロット位置に配置され、前記第1の軸方向取付け形状部分と相補形で、それに係合する第2の軸方向取付け形状部分を具備する根元部分を含んでいる詰め翼が含まれており、
さらに、第1の脚及び第2の脚を具備する前記詰め翼の根元部分と、
第1の脚及び第2の脚を具備する前記詰め翼の根元部分と、
前記第1の脚と前記第2の脚の間に配置されて、前記根元部分を前記ディスクに押し付けるキーが含まれることを特徴とする回転要素。 - 前記キーにダブルドッグボーン形状部分が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転要素。
- 前記キーに前記根元部分の材料とは異なる材料が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転要素。
- 前記キーの材料が前記根元部分の材料より高い降伏強度を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転要素。
- 前記キーの材料が前記根元部分の材料より高い熱膨張係数を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転要素。
- 請求項1に記載の回転要素を含むことを特徴とするターボ機械。
- タービンロータディスクに半径方向差込み翼列を固定する方法であって、
前記ロータディスクの外周に沿って第1の半径方向取付け形状部分を形成するステップと、
前記ロータディスクの外周に沿って差し込みスロット位置を形成するステップと、
前記差込みスロット位置に第1の軸方向取付け形状部分を形成するステップと、
前記差込みスロット位置を介して、前記ロータディスクの前記外周に、前記第1の半径方向取付け形状部分と相補形で、それに係合する第2の半径方向取付け形状部分を具備する複数の半径方向差込み翼を取り付けるステップと、
前記差込みスロット位置に、前記第1の軸方向取付け形状部分と相補形で、それに係合する第2の軸方向取付け形状部分を具備する軸方向差込み詰め翼を取り付けるステップが含まれており、
さらに、2つの脚、及び、前記2つの脚の間に配置されて、前記第2の軸方向取付け形状部分を形成するように延びるキー部分を具備する根元部分を含む、前記詰め翼を形成するステップが含まれることを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、前記軸方向キー部分を形成するステップが含まれ、前記キー部分の材料は、キー部分以外の前記根元部分の材料とは異なる材料とすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
