Description
先ず、本発明の第1の実施の形態について説明する。
図1〜図14は、第1の実施の形態に係り、図1は硬性内視鏡システムを示す全体構成図、図2は第1の親水部を有する硬性内視鏡の先端面を示す平面図、図3は図2に示した硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図4は撥水、無処理、及び親水の定義を説明するための図、図5は第1、第2の親水部を有する硬性内視鏡の先端面を示す平面図、図6は図5に示した硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図7は第1、第2、第3の親水部を有する硬性内視鏡の先端面を示す平面図、図8は図7に示した硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図9は硬性内視鏡の先端部に着脱自在な親水キャップを示す斜視図、図10は親水キャップが装着された硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図11は軟性内視鏡システムを示す全体構成図、図12は第1の親水部を有する軟性内視鏡の先端面を示す平面図、図13は第1、第2の親水部を有する軟性内視鏡の先端面を示す平面図、図14は第1、第2、第3の親水部を有する軟性内視鏡の先端面を示す平面図である。
一般に、図4に示すように、水滴状の液体25と付着する部材表面との接触角θにおいて、例えば、部材表面がイオン系のワックス、テフロン(商標登録)などの加工により接触角θが80°より大きい(θ>80°)場合に撥水とされ、接触角θが略50°(θ≒50°)の場合に無処理とされ、後述する加工により接触角θが20°より小さい(θ>20°)場合に親水とされる。
本実施の形態の各親水部20〜22は、カバーガラス15のガラス表面部15a、光学部材保持管16の先端面16a、ライトガイド17の照射面17a、先端部2の先端面2a、及び外周面の各表面に、例えば、酸化チタンなどの光触媒をスパッタリング法により製膜することで、親水加工がなされている。また、親水キャップ30の外表面の同様である。撮影光の入射を阻害しないために、少なくとも、第1の親水部20が製膜されるカバーガラス15のガラス表面部15aだけは、透明薄膜光触媒が用いられる。
図11に示すように、軟性内視鏡システム200は、軟性内視鏡(以下、軟性鏡と略記する)40と、上述したモニタ6、CCU7、及び光源装置10と、を備えている。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。
図15〜図19は、第2の実施の形態に係り、図15は硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図16は図15の硬性内視鏡のライトガイド照射面を研磨する状態を示す断面図、図17は変形例となる硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図18は硬性内視鏡の先端部分の断面図、図19は図18の硬性内視鏡のライトガイド照射面を研磨する状態を示す断面図である。
次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。

この反射防止効果を有する微細凹凸構造は、光の波長以下の凹凸構造により、照明光の透過率の低減を抑えることができる。

Claims (4)
- 照明光を照射する照射面が先端面に設けられた先端部を備え、被検体に挿入する挿入部と、
該挿入部内に配設される観察手段と、
前記先端部の外表面の一部を構成し、前記観察手段に入射される撮影光が透過する観察窓と、
該観察窓の少なくとも表面に製膜された第1の親水部と、
前記観察窓を除いて、前記照射面を含んだ前記先端部の第1の面に製膜された第2の親水部と、
前記先端部の前記第1の面とは別の第2の面に製膜された第3の親水部と、
前記観察窓に配設され、前記照明光が照射されて熱に変換して、前記観察窓の結露を防止する熱交換部と、
を有し、
該熱交換部は、前記照明光を伝送するライトガイドの照射面との対向する前記観察窓の部分が粗面処理されて形成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記第1の親水部、第2の親水部、及び第3の親水部は、連続して製膜された親水膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- さらに、前記挿入部の外表面には、第4の親水部が製膜されていることを特徴とする請求項1、又は請求項2に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記観察窓の粗面処理は、微細凹凸構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
