Claims (6)
- 複数枚の羽根を有するモータと、
ステータ部と、
前記ステータ部に対して所定の中心軸周りに回転するロータ部と、
前記ステータ部が取付けられ、熱伝導性に優れた材料で形成されたベース部と、
前記ベース部に連結されるハウジングと、
を備えるファンであって、
前記ステータ部が、
コイルが巻回された複数のティースを有するステータコアと、
前記ロータ部の回転を制御する制御回路を構成する回路部品が実装され、前記ロータ部と前記ベース部との間に設けられた回路基板と、
で構成され、
前記回路基板の前記ベース部側に実装された回路部品の少なくとも一部と、前記ベース部と、の間に両者に接触する状態で導熱部材が介在され、
前記回路部品に対向する前記ベース部の対向面には、前記導熱部材および絶縁シートが配置され、
前記回路基板と前記ベース部の間、前記導熱部材が介在していない部分において、前記絶縁シートが配置され、
前記導熱部材は前記回路部品の表面形状に合わせて形状を変化させることが可能である
ことを特徴とするファン。 - 請求項1に記載のファンであって、
前記ベース部が、側壁を前記ベース部の外周部に有する
ことを特徴とするファン。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のファンであって、
前記ベース部が、ダイキャストによって形成される
ことを特徴とするファン。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のファンであって、
前記ベース部の前記回路部品と対向する面に、前記回路基板へ向かう突出面が形成される
ことを特徴とするファン。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のファンを用いたファンユニットであって、
前記複数枚の羽根は、
前記ロータ部外周面より径方向外方に向けて突設され、
前記羽根が回転することで空気を軸方向に吸気し軸方向に排気し、
前記空気流の流路を形成する前記ハウジングによって径方向外方から外囲され、
前記ハウジングと前記ベース部とが支持脚によって連結される
ことを特徴とする軸流ファンユニット。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のファンを用いたファンユニットであって、
前記複数枚の羽根は、
前記ロータ部の径方向外方において、前記中心軸を中心として環状に配列され、
前記ハウジングが軸方向から吸気した空気を径方向外方側に排出するように流路を形成する
ことを特徴とする遠心ファンユニット。
