Claims (3)
- ガソリン噴射制御装置から出力されるガソリン噴射信号により制御されるエンジン既設のガソリン噴射システムに、前記ガソリン噴射制御装置における電子制御ユニットが出力するガソリン噴射信号を受信しガス燃料噴射信号を出力するガソリン代替ガス燃料噴射制御装置における電子制御ユニットと、これに接続された電磁駆動式でガス燃料用のインジェクタとを増設してなるガソリン代替ガス燃料噴射システムで実施されるガスエンジンの燃料供給方法において、前記ガソリン代替ガス燃料噴射制御装置における電子制御ユニットがガソリン噴射時信号のオフからオンへの変化を検知したか否かを判定し、検知した場合は、検知後にディレイ時間を経過したか否かを判定して、経過している場合はガス燃料噴射信号をオフからオンに切り換える。次に、ガソリン噴射信号のオンからオフへの変化を検知したか否かを判定し、検知しない場合はガス燃料噴射信号のオン時間が予め定めた時間以上となっているか否かを判定し、カウント開始後所定時間内にガソリン噴射信号のオンからオフへの変化を検知しない場合だけ、自動的にガス燃料噴射信号をオフにする制御を実行することにより、ガソリン噴射信号のオン時間が想定した場合を超えるような場合であっても、インジェクタに過電流が発生することを抑制しながら空燃比がリーンまたはリッチに偏らずにエンジン運転の安定性を維持する燃料流量を確保できるオン時間内に前記ガス燃料噴射信号の連続したオン時間が所定の時間を超えないように所定のタイミングで自動的にオフに切換える制御を実行することにより前記インジェクタで過電流が発生するのを抑制することを特徴とするガスエンジンの燃料供給方法。
- 前記ガス燃料噴射信号のオン時間にはリミット時間が予め設定されており、このリミット時間に達すると前記ガス燃料噴射信号がオフに切換わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載したガスエンジンの燃料供給方法。
- 前記ガソリン代替ガス燃料噴射システムに配設され、請求項1または2に記載したガスエンジンの燃料供給方法を実行するためのプログラムが記憶手段に記憶されており、前記燃料供給方法を実施するガソリン代替ガス燃料噴射制御装置。
