Description
図1〜4は、本発明の実施形態1に係る動力伝達装置を備えるハイブリッド駆動装置の構成の概略を示す図であり、図1は全体構成の概略を示し、図2〜4は回転電機10の構成の概略を示す。本実施形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置は、動力(機械的動力)を発生可能な原動機として設けられたエンジン(内燃機関)36と、エンジン36と車輪38との間に設けられた変速機44と、エンジン36と変速機44との間に設けられた回転電機10と、を備える。なお、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置については、例えば車両を駆動するための動力出力装置として用いることができる。
図13は、本発明の実施形態2に係る動力伝達装置の概略構成を示す図である。以下の実施形態2の説明では、実施形態1と同様の構成または対応する構成には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
Claims (10)
- 回転磁界を発生可能な第1回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
第1回転子と結合された第2回転子であって、第1回転子導体に接続され且つ回転磁界を発生可能な第2回転子導体が配設された第2回転子と、
回転磁界を発生可能な第1固定子導体が配設された第1固定子と、
第1及び第2回転子に対し相対回転可能な第3回転子であって、第1及び第2回転子の回転軸方向と直交する径方向に第1回転子及び第1固定子と対向配置され、第1回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、第1固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1固定子との間にトルクが作用する第3回転子と、
前記径方向に第2回転子と対向配置された第2固定子であって、第2回転子導体で回転磁界が発生するのに応じて誘導電流が流れる第2固定子導体が配設され、当該誘導電流と第2回転子導体で発生した回転磁界との相互作用により第2回転子にトルクを作用させることが可能な第2固定子と、
を備え、
第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との一方に原動機からの動力が伝達されるとともに、第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との他方から負荷へ動力が伝達され、
第1及び第2回転子導体は、第1回転子と第3回転子との間に回転差が発生するのに伴って誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生し、
第2固定子導体から第1固定子導体への電力供給が可能であり、
第3回転子と第1回転子が対向する部分の回転軸方向長さは、第3回転子と第1固定子が対向する部分の回転軸方向長さよりも長く、
第2固定子及び第2回転子が第3回転子の径方向外側または径方向内側に配置されている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1回転子が第3回転子の径方向内側に配置され、第1固定子が第3回転子の径方向外側に配置されており、
第2回転子が第3回転子の径方向外側に配置され、第2固定子が第2回転子の径方向外側に配置されている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1回転子が第3回転子の径方向内側に配置され、第1固定子が第3回転子の径方向外側に配置されており、
第2回転子が第1回転子の径方向内側に配置され、第2固定子が第2回転子の径方向内側に配置されている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第3回転子は、第1固定子の径方向内側に配置された小径部と、前記径方向に関して当該小径部よりも外側に張り出した大径部とを含み、
第1回転子は、第3回転子の小径部の径方向内側に配置された小径部と、前記径方向に関して第1回転子の小径部よりも外側に張り出した大径部とを含み、
第1回転子の大径部が第3回転子の大径部の径方向内側に配置され、第2回転子が第1回転子の大径部の径方向内側に配置されている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1回転子導体及び第2回転子導体に誘導電流が流れる場合に発生する回転磁界の回転方向が第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体で互いに同方向になるように、第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体が接続されており、
第2回転子の極数が第1回転子の極数以上である、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項5に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第2回転子の極数が第1回転子の極数と等しい、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第2固定子導体と第1固定子導体との間に位相調整回路が設けられている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1及び第2回転子導体に誘導電流が流れる場合に発生する回転磁界の回転方向が第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体で互いに逆方向になるように、第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体が接続されている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項5または8に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第2固定子導体からの交流電力を整流する整流器が設けられており、
整流器で整流された電力がインバータで交流に変換されて第1固定子導体へ供給される、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
電源から第2固定子導体への電力供給が可能である、動力伝達装置。
