Claims (7)
- 燃料を噴射する燃料ノズルに接続された燃料配管と、
該燃料配管に接続された燃料パージ系統とを備えた燃焼器を複数個有し、
前記複数個の燃焼器は、隣接する燃焼器間を火炎伝播管によって接続し、
複数個の燃焼器のうち一部の燃焼器に着火装置を具備した燃焼装置であって、
着火装置を備えた燃焼器における前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統との接続部からパージ燃料を外部に排出する排出部までの燃料配管を流れる燃料流路の断面積又は容積が、着火装置を備えない燃焼器における同区間の燃料配管を流れる燃料流路の断面積又は容積より大きくしたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 燃料を噴射する燃料ノズルに接続された燃料配管と、
該燃料配管に接続された燃料パージ系統とを備えた燃焼器を複数個有し、
前記複数個の燃焼器は、隣接する燃焼器間を火炎伝播管によって接続し、
複数個の燃焼器のうち一部の燃焼器に着火装置を具備した燃焼装置であって、
着火装置を備えた燃焼器における前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統との接続部からパージ燃料を外部に排出する排出部までの燃料配管の長さが、着火装置を備えない燃焼器における同区間の燃料配管の長さより長くしたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 燃料ノズルに燃料を供給する燃料配管と、
該燃料配管に滞留する燃料を前記燃料配管の系外に排出する燃料パージ系統と、
前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統とが合流する接続部を有した燃焼器を複数個配置し、
隣接する前記燃焼器間を火炎伝播管によって接続し、複数個の燃焼器のうち一部の燃焼器に着火装置を具備した燃焼装置であって、
燃料タンクから供給された燃料を複数の前記燃料配管に配分するフローディバイダを具備し、
着火装置を備えた燃焼器における前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統との接続部からパージ燃料を外部に排出する排出部までの燃料配管を流れる燃料流路の断面積又は容積が、着火装置を備えない燃焼器における同区間の燃料配管を流れる燃料流路の断面積又は容積より大きくしたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 燃料ノズルに燃料を供給する燃料配管と、
該燃料配管に滞留する燃料を前記燃料配管の系外に排出する燃料パージ系統と、
前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統とが合流する接続部を有した燃焼器を複数個配置し、
隣接する前記燃焼器間を火炎伝播管によって接続し、複数個の燃焼器のうち一部の燃焼器に着火装置を具備した燃焼装置であって、
燃料タンクから供給された燃料を複数の前記燃料配管に配分するフローディバイダを具備し、
着火装置を備えた燃焼器における前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統との接続部からパージ燃料を外部に排出する排出部までの燃料配管の長さが、着火装置を備えない燃焼器における同区間の燃料配管の長さより長くしたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼装置であって、
前記着火装置を備えた燃焼器の燃料配管と燃料パージ系統との接続部より上流側に設置された三方弁と、該三方弁の一端にはパージされた燃料を貯蔵するタンクと接続する構成としたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼装置であって、
着火装置を備えた燃焼器と着火装置を備えない燃焼器におけるそれぞれの前記燃料ノズルは拡散燃焼方式のパイロットバーナが有する燃料ノズルであり、該パイロットバーナの周囲に予混合器が配置されていることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 燃料ノズルに燃料を供給するための燃料配管と、
該燃料配管内部に滞留する燃料を前記燃料配管から排出する燃料パージ系統を前記燃料配管に接続した燃焼器を複数個有し、
前記複数個の燃焼器は、隣接する燃焼器間を火炎伝播管によって接続し、
複数個の燃焼器のうち一部の燃焼器に着火装置を具備した燃焼装置の改造方法であって、
着火装置を備えた燃焼器における前記燃料配管と前記燃料パージ系統との接続部からパージ燃料を外部に排出する排出部までの燃料配管を流れる燃料流路の断面積又は容積が、着火装置を備えない燃焼器における同区間の燃料配管を流れる燃料流路の断面積又は容積より大きくなるように燃料配管を交換したことを特徴とする燃焼装置の改造方法。
