Description
民間の航空機による運行において、航空機の重量を低減させるために、翼の外殻全体をCFRP材料から製造するような移行が一層進んでいる。この目的のために、一層又は複数層のCFRPプリプレグ材料(CFRP prepreg material)−樹脂マトリックスが予備含浸された炭素繊維レイアップを含むと理解される−は、テープ敷設機によって、積層装置内に互いに積み重ねられる。テープ敷設機は、積層装置へのCFRPプリプレグ材料の高度に精確な位置決めを保証する。このような高度に精確な位置決めは、より後の性質、特に製造される航空機の外殻の強度にとって重要である。
この種の絶縁材料は一般的に、ガラス繊維織物の形態において構成される。ガラス繊維織物は、CFRPから作られる翼の外殻及びアルミニウム構成部品、例えば翼のリブ又はフレーム間の直接接触を防止する。それ故、ガラス繊維材料は、CFRPから作られる翼の外殻及びアルミニウム構成部品間に電気絶縁をもたらし、ひいては、アルミニウム構成部品の腐食を防止する。
更に、テープ敷設機によって敷設される構造配列には、金属から作られると共に、樹脂マトリックスが予備含浸される構造体が供給される。
本発明の好適な発展形によれば、ガラス繊維レイアップは、一方向レイアップとして構成される。従って、積層体−複数の層からなる構造体−が有利には積み重ねられ、この積層体は軽量であると共に、所望の方向において非常に高い強度を有する。
本発明の更なる好適な発展形によれば、構造配列はシート状に、特にウェブ材料の形態をなすように構成される。これにより、自動化プロセスにおいて構造配列の簡易な操作を可能にし、また航空宇宙産業において通常必要とされるような、大型積層体の簡易且つ経済的な製造を可能にする。
図1は、本発明の第1例証実施形態に係るレイアップ配列1の斜視図を示す。
レイアップ配列1は好適には、バッキング層(backing layer)6と、ガラス繊維レイアップ8と、保護フィルム9とからなる。バッキング層6は好適には、紙層の形態で構成される。バッキング層6の上方には、断面に対して直交するように延在するガラス繊維5の層が配置される。樹脂マトリックス10はガラス繊維5の間に配置される。ガラス繊維レイアップ8には、この樹脂マトリックスが予備含浸される。即ち、樹脂マトリックスは、ガラス繊維レイアップ8が、レイアップ配列の自動化プロセスの供給工程の間に、破損、例えば引き裂かれないように、ガラス繊維レイアップ8に十分な量の支持をもたらす。保護フィルム9は、ガラス繊維レイアップ8の上方に延在する。
積層装置23には、製造される翼部分37の外輪郭を予め定める外形24が備えられる。X軸26に沿って移動可能なフレーム構造27を有するテープ敷設機25は、敷設機器28を有する。敷設機器28はフレーム構造27伝いに、Y軸29に沿って移動可能である。敷設機器28の下端にある敷設ローラ31は、Z方向32に沿って移動可能であり、また好適には約3段階の自由度で枢転できるように構成される。敷設機器28は好適には、機構を保護する伸縮ベローズ28aと、敷設ローラ31を作動させるエレクトロニクスを有しており、機構は伸縮ベローズ28aによって保護される。テープ敷設機25、また従って、敷設ローラ31の位置決めは、コンピュータ数値制御によって制御される。
第1層39は、第2例証実施形態に対応する予備含浸金属ネットを有しており、敷設機器28によって外形24に付着させられる。次に、一方向性CFRPプリプレグ材料の第2及び第3層40,41が、第1層39に付着させられる。更なる工程では、第1例証実施形態に対応する予備含浸ガラス繊維レイアップからなる第4層42が、第3層41に付着させられる。
本発明は、この場合には、好適な例証実施形態を参照して説明されているが、これらの例証実施形態に制限されるものではなく、むしろ様々に変更され得る。
Claims (9)
- 航空宇宙産業用構成部品(37)の製造方法であって、
金属から作られると共に、樹脂マトリックスが予備含浸させられた構造体(16)を含む構造配列(12)を供給する工程と、
前記構造配列(12)をテープ敷設機(25)によって積層装置(23)に敷設する工程と、
前記構成部品(37)を形成するために、前記構造配列(12)を硬化させる工程とを含む方法。 - 前記テープ敷設機(25)は、コンピュータ数値制御によって、複数の軸(26,29,32)に沿って移動させられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造配列(12)は、前記積層装置(23)に対して、異なる方向(26,29,32)に沿って敷設されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複数の構造配列(12)が、層(39;42)となるように積み重ねられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各々がガラス繊維から作られると共に、樹脂マトリックスが予備含浸させられた複数のレイアップ配列(1)が、層(39;42)となるように積み重ねられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- CFRPプリプレグ材料(36)の少なくとも一層(40,41)は、前記テープ敷設機(25)及び他のテープ敷設機の少なくとも一方によって、レイアップ配列と構造配列(1;12)との間、及び、レイアップ配列又は構造配列(1;12)の下のいずれかに置かれることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 他のレイアップ配列(1)が、前記テープ敷設機(25)によって、アルミニウムから作られた構成部品(37)上に敷設されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レイアップ配列及び構造配列(1;12)の少なくとも一方と、CFRPプリプレグ材料(36)との組み合わせの少なくとも1つは、必要に応じて、送り機器(34)によって前記テープ敷設機(25)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レイアップ配列及び構造配列(1;12)の少なくとも一方は、コイル状ウェブ材料(3;14)として供給されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
