Description
前記第2のタイプの電動弁は、負荷が大きい場合にも使用でき、1駆動パルス当たりの弁開度の分解能を高くすることはできるが、減速装置のためのギアボックスがモータ部分と別個に構成されるために電動弁全体が大型化してしまう問題を有している。

ただし、 Z3≠Z4
Z1・Z4で分母・分子を割って、以下のように表されることもある。

Claims (5)
- 電動モータの回転を、遊星歯車式減速機構を介して弁の開閉動作に変換する電動弁であて、
前記遊星歯車式減速機構に用いられるギアのモジュールをm、減速比をK、前記遊星歯車式減速機構から出力回転を取り出す出力内歯ギアの歯底円の直径をDとしたとき、DとKとが以下の関係を満足することを特徴とする電動弁。

K=β/m β= 8〜20
- 前記遊星歯車式減速機構は、固定のリングギアと、当該リングギアと同心に配置され且つ前記電動モータの出力回転が入力される太陽ギアと、前記太陽ギア及び前記リングギアと噛み合う遊星ギアとを備えており、前記出力内歯ギアと前記リングギアとの一方が他方に対して転位されており且つ前記遊星ギアは前記出力内歯ギアとも噛み合っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記ギアのモジュールmは0.2〜0.4であり、前記リングギアの歯底円の直径は直径15mm以下であり、前記遊星歯車式減速機構による減速比が30〜100であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 内部に弁室が形成されている弁本体と、前記弁室の壁面の一部に形成された弁座と、前記弁座に形成されている開口を開閉可能に配置された弁体と、前記弁体を前記開口に接離させる弁棒と、前記弁本体に取り付けられ、前記弁本体との間に空間を区画形成する円筒状のキャンと、該キャンの外周部に装着される前記電動モータの励磁装置と、前記キャンの内部に回転自在に支持され前記励磁装置によって回転駆動される永久磁石型のロータ組立体と、前記遊星歯車式減速機構からの出力回転を前記弁棒に伝達して前記弁体の前記弁座に対する接離動作に変換するねじ機構部とを備え、前記ロータ組立体と前記遊星歯車式減速機構とが前記弁本体と前記キャンとによって区画形成される空間内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記ねじ機構部に用いられるねじは、ねじピッチが0.5〜1.5mmであり、ねじサイズがM3〜M7の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動弁。
