Claims (6)
- Bi 2 O 3 −B 2 O 3 系ガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末と耐火性フィラー粉末とを混合した封着材料であって、その混合割合は体積%表示で、ガラス粉末が40〜90%、耐火性フィラー粉末が60〜10%であり、且つBi 2 O 3 −B 2 O 3 系ガラス組成物が、モル%表示で、Bi2O3 35〜47.7%、B2O3 10〜35%、In2O3+Ga2O3 0.1〜5%を含有することを特徴とするBi2O3−B2O3系封着材料。
- Bi 2 O 3 −B 2 O 3 系ガラス組成物が、モル%表示で、BaO+SrO+MgO+CaO 1〜15%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のBi2O3−B2O3系封着材料。
- Bi 2 O 3 −B 2 O 3 系ガラス組成物が、モル%表示で、ZnO 5〜30%、CuO 0〜15%、Fe2O3 0〜5%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のBi2O3−B2O3系封着材料。
- Bi 2 O 3 −B 2 O 3 系ガラス組成物が、実質的にPbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のBi2O3−B2O3系封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、ウイレマイト、コーディエライト、β−ユークリプタイト、酸化スズ、ムライト、石英ガラスおよびアルミナからなる群より選ばれた一種または二種以上のフィラー粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のBi2O3−B2O3系封着材料。
- 蛍光表示管またはプラズマディスプレイパネルの封着に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のBi2O3−B2O3系封着材料。
