図4乃至図8を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成について説明する。
図9を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムにおける受信側装置の動作について説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、MACサブレイヤが、受信したRLC-PDUに対する順序補正処理を行わない場合において、RLCサブレイヤが、適切に、再送が必要なRLC-data-PDU(若しくは、RLC-data-Sub-PDU)、すなわち、未だ受信しておらず既にMACサブレイヤにおいて再送制御処理が行われていないRLC-data-PDUを検出し、検出したRLC-data-PDUに対するSTATUS-PDU(NACK)を送信することができる。
Claims (2)
- 受信側装置のMACサブレイヤが、順序補正処理を行わず、該受信側装置のRLCサブレイヤが、送信側装置のRLCサブレイヤから送信されたRLC-data-PDUに対するSTATUS-PDUを送信する再送要求送信方法であって、
前記受信側装置のRLCサブレイヤが、1つ又は複数の第1のRLC-data-PDUを受信する前に、該第1のRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号よりも大きいシーケンス番号を有する第2のRLC-data-PDUを受信した場合に、順序補正タイマを起動する工程と、
前記受信側装置のRLCサブレイヤが、前記順序補正タイマの満了時に、前記第2のRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号よりも大きいシーケンス番号を有する第3のRLC-data-PDUのうち、未だ受信していないRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号の最小値を、状態変数として管理する工程と、
前記受信側装置のRLCサブレイヤが、管理されている前記状態変数と、受信ウィンドウ内の全ての未受信であるRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号とに基づいて、前記STATUS-PDUを生成して送信する工程とを有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - MACサブレイヤにおいて、順序補正処理を行わず、RLCサブレイヤにおいて、送信側装置のRLCサブレイヤから送信されたRLC-data-PDUに対する再送要求を送信するように構成されている受信側装置であって、
前記RLCサブレイヤにおいて、1つ又は複数の第1のRLC-data-PDUを受信する前に、該第1のRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号よりも大きいシーケンス番号を有する第2のRLC-data-PDUを受信した場合に、順序補正タイマを起動するように構成されており、
前記RLCサブレイヤにおいて、前記順序補正タイマの満了時に、前記第2のRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号よりも大きいシーケンス番号を有する第3のRLC-data-PDUのうち、未だ受信していないRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号の最小値を、状態変数として管理するように構成されており、
前記RLCサブレイヤにおいて、管理されている前記状態変数と、受信ウィンドウ内の全ての未受信であるRLC-data-PDUのシーケンス番号とに基づいて、前記STATUS-PDUを生成して送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする受信側装置。
