Description
Claims (10)
- 複数本のエナメル被覆導線を接続部品である筒状の圧着接続子に挿入して、この圧着接続子を電極で挟んで加圧し、且つ通電することにより、前記エナメル被覆導線を加熱圧着し、前記圧着接続子とエナメル被覆導線とを同時に加圧変形させることにより、溶融されたエナメル被覆を前記圧着接続子から排出して、導線同士を圧着接続子内で電気的に接合するヒュージング工程を有する導線接続法において、前記ヒュージング工程に先立って予め複数本の前記エナメル被覆導線を前記圧着接続子に挿入した後、機械的加圧手段によって前記圧着接続子に仮加締めを加える仮加締め工程を含み、この仮加締めは、前記圧着接続子のその軸方向と直交する断面の両端又は一端の加圧による広がりを外力で抑えながら該両端又は一端の断面積が小さくなるように前記圧着接続子を仮加締めすることを特徴とする導線接続法。
- 前記圧着接続子の仮加締め工程は、前記圧着接続子の前記断面の両端又は一端が外側に細くなる或いは内側に凹むように、且つ残り部分が扁平になるように行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導線接続法。
- 前記圧着接続子は、前記加締め工程において、プレス面の断面が台形の凹形状をなす一対の金型により、元々円筒状の圧着接続子を、断面が横広がりの六角形状に加圧変形し、前記ヒュージング工程では、プレス面が平坦な前記電極により、前記六角形状に加圧変形された前記圧着接続子を加圧することを特徴とする請求項1記載の導線接続法。
- 前記エナメル被覆導線は、多相回転電機における各相巻線の中性点用のリード線同士と接続される2組の中性点連結用導線であり、撚り線された状態で、前記中性点用のリード線を挟むようにして前記圧着接続子の前記断面の両端に配置されて、仮加締め工程と加圧通電による前記ヒュージング工程とが行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の導線接続法。
- 複数本のエナメル被覆導線と、このエナメル被覆導線を接続相手の導電線と電気的に接続するための接続部品となる圧着接続子とを含み、前記エナメル被覆導線は、接続相手の導電線とともに筒状の前記圧着接続子に挿入され、且つヒュージングされて電気的に接続されている接続端子において、前記圧着接続子は、加圧成形された扁平形状の筒形状をなし、前記圧着接続子のその軸方向と直交する断面の両端又は一端が外側に鋭角に細くなる或いは内側に凹む形状にしたことを特徴とする接続端子。
- 前記圧着接続子は、扁平の断面が六角形状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の接続端子。
- 複数のエナメル被覆導線は、撚り線されて、前記圧着接続子の前記断面の両端又は一端に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の接続端子。
- 前記エナメル被覆導線は、多相回転電機における各相巻線の中性点用のリード線同士と接続される2組の中性点連結用導線であり、撚り線された状態で、前記中性点用のリード線を挟むようにして前記圧着接続子の前記断面の両端に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の接続端子。
- 多相回転電機の固定子において、固定子巻線に請求項8記載の接続端子を具備することを特徴とする固定子。
- 多相回転電機において、請求項9記載の固定子を具備することを特徴とする回転電機。
