Description
Claims (6)
- 偏心部を有するモータ側回転部材を回転駆動するモータ部と、
前記モータ側回転部材の回転を減速して出力側回転部材に伝達する減速部と、
前記モータ部および前記減速部を保持するケーシングとを備え、
前記減速部は、
前記偏心部を挿通する貫通孔を有し、前記モータ側回転部材の回転に伴ってその回転軸心を中心とする公転運動を行う公転部材と、
前記ケーシングに固定され、前記公転部材の外周部に係合して前記公転部材の自転運動を生じさせる複数の外周係合部材と、
前記公転部材の自転運動を前記モータ側回転部材の回転軸心を中心とする回転運動に変換して前記出力側回転部材に伝達する運動変換機構と、
前記複数の外周係合部材の軸方向両端部を前記ケーシングに対して回転自在に支持する複数の転がり軸受と、
前記複数の転がり軸受と軸方向に対面する位置に、前記複数の転がり軸受の軸受内部空間を連通する一対の潤滑油溝とを含む、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記ケーシングは、
前記ケーシングの内径面に嵌合固定される円筒部、前記円筒部の軸方向両端部から径方向内側に延びる一対のリング部、および前記一対のリング部の互いに対面する位置に、前記モータ側回転部材の回転軸心と平行に延びて、前記転がり軸受を受け入れる一対の外周係合部材保持孔を有する外周係合部材保持部と、
前記外周係合部材保持部の軸方向両側に前記外周係合部材保持孔の少なくとも一部を閉鎖するように配置される一対のサイドプレートとを有し、
前記潤滑油溝は、前記サイドプレートの前記外周係合部材保持孔に対面する壁面に設けられている、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記外周係合部材保持部は、前記円筒部を軸方向に貫通して前記一対の潤滑油溝を連通する連通孔をさらに有する、請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記モータ側回転部材の内部に設けられる潤滑油路と、
前記潤滑油路から前記モータ側回転部材の外径面に向かって延びる潤滑油供給口と、
前記ケーシングに設けられ、前記減速部から潤滑油を排出する潤滑油排出口と、
前記潤滑油排出口と前記潤滑油路とを接続し、前記潤滑油排出口から排出された潤滑油を前記潤滑油路に還流する循環油路と、
前記循環油路から分岐して、前記潤滑油溝に潤滑油を供給する分岐油路とを含む減速部潤滑機構をさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記ケーシング内に配置され、前記出力側回転部材の回転を利用して潤滑油を循環させる回転ポンプをさらに備える、請求項4に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置と、
前記出力側回転部材としての車輪側回転部材に固定連結された車輪ハブとを備える、インホイールモータ駆動装置。
