Claims (1)
- 検査対象の動作を反映する電気信号を対象信号として取り込む信号入力部と、対象信号の特徴を表す特徴ベクトルを抽出する特徴抽出部と、特徴抽出部により抽出した特徴ベクトルを入力データとし検査対象が正常に動作しているときに対象信号について得られた特徴ベクトルを学習データとしてあらかじめ学習することにより出力層の各ニューロンに学習データのカテゴリに対応した重みベクトルが設定される競合学習型ニューラルネットワークからなるカテゴリ分類部と、カテゴリ分類部における出力層のニューロンのうち、検査対象の動作により得られた特徴ベクトルを与えて発火するニューロンに設定された重みベクトルと当該特徴ベクトルとの差分ベクトルの大きさを乖離度として求める乖離度演算部と、乖離度の履歴を記録する履歴記録部と、履歴記録部に記録された乖離度の変化率が規定値以上であり、かつ乖離度の変化率が前記規定値以上である時間が規定の持続時間に達すると検査対象に異常傾向があると判断する判別部とを備えることを特徴とする異常監視装置。
