Claims (3)
- 検査対象の動作を反映する電気信号を対象信号として検査対象から複数種類の対象信号を取り込む信号入力部と、各対象信号ごとの特徴を表す特徴ベクトルをそれぞれ抽出する特徴抽出部と、特徴抽出部により抽出した各特徴ベクトルを入力データとし検査対象が正常に動作しているときに各対象信号について得られた特徴ベクトルを学習データとして用い各対象信号をそれぞれ1つのカテゴリとしてあらかじめ学習することにより出力層の各ニューロンに学習データのカテゴリに対応した重みベクトルが設定される競合学習型ニューラルネットワークからなるカテゴリ分類部と、検査対象の動作により得られた複数種類の対象信号ごとに、当該対象信号の特徴ベクトルと、カテゴリ分類部における出力層のニューロンのうち、当該対象信号の入力により発火するニューロンに設定された重みベクトルとの差分ベクトルの大きさを乖離度として求める乖離度演算部と、乖離度演算部が対象信号ごとに求めた乖離度を要素とする多次元の乖離度ベクトルの存在領域により検査対象の異常の有無を判別する判別部とを備えることを特徴とする異常監視装置。
- 前記判別部は、前記検査対象が正常に動作しているときの乖離度ベクトルを学習データとして学習された競合学習型ニューラルネットワークからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の異常監視装置。
- 前記カテゴリ分類部は、対象信号ごとに競合学習型ニューラルネットワークを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の異常監視装置。
