Claims (32)
- 粒状材料の少なくとも一つの層及び繊維材料の少なくとも一つの層を含有する複合ウェブ構造体を形成する方法であって、前記ウェブ構造体がおむつ、パンツおむつ、失禁製品、衛生ナプキン及びそれらの類似物品の如き吸収物品における吸収構造体として使用するために意図され、繊維材料(20)の少なくとも一つの層及び粒状材料(23)の少なくとも一つの層が移動する有孔支持体(12)上で連続工程で付着されて互いの上に層を形成する方法において、粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れが約25m/s以上の高スピードで第一流れ方向にアプリケータ室(15)に供給され、前記アプリケータ室が前記有孔支持体(12)に隣接して位置された出口開口(19)を有すること、及び前記アプリケータ室に入るときの粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れが拡張され前記アプリケータ室において壁部分(18)に当たるようにさせられ、壁部分(18)が前記第一流れ方向に対して約90°〜約125°の角度で向けられ、それによって粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れが流れ方向を第二流れ方向に変化するように強制され、結果として粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れがアプリケータ室(15)の出口開口(19)を出るときに粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れのスピードをかなり低下させることを特徴とする方法。
- 粒状材料(23)の空気で運ばれた流れが前記有孔支持体(12)上に付着された繊維材料(20)の層の上に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 粒状材料の少なくとも一つの層及び繊維材料の少なくとも一つの層を含有する複合ウェブを形成するための装置であって、前記ウェブがおむつ、パンツおむつ、失禁製品、衛生ナプキン及びそれらの類似物品の如き吸収物品における吸収構造体として使用するために意図され、前記装置が互いの上に層を形成するために移動する有孔支持体(12)上に連続工程で繊維材料(20)の少なくとも一つの層を付着するための手段(21)及び粒状材料(11)の少なくとも一つの層を付着するための手段(10)を含むものにおいて、前記装置が粒状材料(11)の空気で運ばれた流れを第一流れ方向に約25m/s以上のスピードでアプリケータ室(15)に供給するための少なくとも一つの運搬手段(14)を含み、前記アプリケータ室が前記有孔支持体(12)に隣接して位置された出口開口(19)を有し、かつ前記出口開口(19)に向かって増大する横断面積を有し、かくして前記アプリケータ室に入るときの粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れが拡張され、前記アプリケータ室がさらに前記第一流れ方向に対して約90°〜約125°の間の角度で位置された少なくとも一つの曲げられた又は角度を付けられた壁部分(18)を有して前記粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れを前記壁部分(18)に当てさせ、流れ方向を第二流れ方向に変化させ、結果として粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れがアプリケータ室の出口開口を出るときに粒状材料の空気で運ばれた流れのスピードをかなり低下させることを特徴とする装置。
- アプリケータ室(15)が前記曲げられた又は角度を付けられた壁部分(18)によって相互接続された入口部分(16)及び出口部分(17)を有し、入口部分(16)並びに出口部分(17)が前記粒状材料の流れ方向で拡張する横断面積を有し、入口部分(16)が運搬手段(14)に接続し、かつ運搬手段(14)と実質的に同じ方向に向けられ、出口部分(17)が運搬手段(14)及び入口部分(16)の方向に対して約90°〜約125°の角度である方向に向けられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 装置が前記有孔支持体(12)に沿って互いの後に配置された少なくとも二つのアプリケータ室(15a,b)を含むこと、及び繊維材料を付着するための手段(21a,b)が前記有孔支持体に沿って前記少なくとも二つのアプリケータ室の前及びその中間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- 装置が前記有孔支持体(12)に沿って前記少なくとも二つのアプリケータ室(15a,b)の後に配置された繊維材料を付着するための手段(21c)を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記繊維材料を付着するための手段が前記有孔支持体(12)に隣接して配置されたマット形成車輪(21a−c)を含み、前記マット形成車輪が前記マット形成車輪上に形成された繊維材料の層を有孔支持体(12)に移行するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記マット形成車輪(21a−c)が連続繊維層を形成するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記マット形成車輪が複数の別個の繊維ウェブ部分(20)を形成するために配置された複数の別個の型(26)を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 粒状材料(11)を付着するための手段(10)が前記アプリケータ室(15)への前記粒状材料の間欠的供給のための手段を与えられることを特徴とする請求項12〜18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記粒状材料の間欠的供給のための手段が有孔支持体(12)上の前記別個の繊維ウェブ部分(20)の供給と同期されることを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法に従って作られた繊維材料及び粒状超吸収材料を含有する複合ウェブ構造体を含む吸収構造体において、それがセルロース毛羽パルプを含む繊維材料の別個の層(20a−c)の間に配置された超吸収粒子の少なくとも一つの別個の層(23a,b)を含み、前記超吸収粒子の層の各々が50〜600g/m 2 の基本重量を有し、前記繊維材料の層の各々が50〜80g/m2の基本重量を有することを特徴とする吸収構造体。
- 超吸収粒子の少なくとも二つの別個の層を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の吸収構造体。
- 少なくとも50重量%の粒状超吸収材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項21又は22に記載の吸収構造体。
- 少なくとも60重量%の粒状超吸収材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の吸収構造体。
- 請求項21〜24のいずれかに記載の吸収構造体を含むことを特徴とするおむつ、パンツおむつ、失禁製品、衛生ナプキン及びそれらの類似物品の形の吸収物品。
- 前記壁部分(18)が前記第一流れ方向に対して100°〜120°の角度で向けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状材料の各層の基本重量が80〜250g/m 2 であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維材料の各層の基本重量が50〜80g/m 2 であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記アプリケータ室がさらに前記第一流れ方向に対して100°〜120°の間の角度で位置された少なくとも一つの曲げられた又は角度を付けられた壁部分(18)を有していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記出口部分(17)が運搬手段(14)及び入口部分(16)の方向に対して100°〜120°の角度である方向に向けられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記超吸収粒子の層の各々が80〜250g/m 2 の基本重量を有することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の吸収構造体。
- 少なくとも70重量%の粒状超吸収材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の吸収構造体。
