Claims (12)
- シールドデータケーブル用プラグであって、第1のシェル(1)と第2のシェル(2)とを組み合わせた導電性のハウジングと、プラグ接点(302)を収容する電気絶縁性のあるプラグ本体(4)と、プリント配線基板(3)と、装着部品(5)とを有し、前記プリント配線基板は、ハウジング(1、2)の第1のシェル(1)に差し込み可能であって、かつプラグ接点(302)と絶縁変位接点(303、304)とを支持し、そしてこれらを相互に導電性結合させ、その際に絶縁変位接点(303、304)は、プラグの差し込み方向において互いにずらされている2つの列に配置されており、また前記装着部品にはデータケーブルの心線を差し込み可能であり、そしてこの装着部品は、心線と絶縁変位接点(303、304)とを接触させるため、プリント配線基板(3)に装着可能であるプラグにおいて、
前記プリント配線基板(3)は、第1のシェル(1)の底面(101)に対してフィルム(301)によって電気的に絶縁されていること、差し込み方向において後列の前記絶縁変位接点(303)の高さは、前列の絶縁変位接点(304)より低いことと、前記装着部品(5)は、心線末端がステップ状に位置をずらして置かれている2つの平面内に心線を収容することと、突き出している方の平面の心線は、前列の絶縁変位接点(304)と接触することと、そして前列の絶縁変位接点(304)は、そのプリント配線基板(3)に近い領域においてプラグ本体(4)によって取り囲まれている一方、後列の絶縁変位接点(303)は、プリント配線基板(3)上で露出していることとを特徴とするプラグ。 - 前記絶縁変位接点(303、304)および/またはプラグ接点(302)が、プリント配線基板にハンダ付けされ、あるいは嵌め込まれていることと、向かい合う側の前記プリント配線基板(3)の下面がフィルム(301)で覆われていることとを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラグ。
- 前記絶縁変位接点(303、304)および/またはプラグ接点(302)が、THR(スルーホールリフロー)法によって、プリント配線基板(3)と結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプラグ。
- 前記絶縁変位接点(303、304)および/またはプラグ接点(302)のピンが、プリント配線基板(3)の下側エッジを越えて突出することはないことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のプラグ。
- 前記装着部品(5)が、第1のシェル(1)と分離されている第2のシェル(2)に差し込み可能であることと、前記装着部品(5)と第2のシェル(2)に、データケーブルを取り付け可能であることとを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプラグ。
- 張力緩和部材(207、208)がケーブルを前記第2のシェル(2)に固定することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプラグ。
- 前記張力緩和部材が、第2のシェル(2)の張力緩和領域(207)に調節可能な状態で噛み込む張力緩和固定金具(208)を持つことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のプラグ。
- 前記装着部品(5)は、上側のステップ状に突出する平面に、心線のための貫通する穴(503)を持ち、下側の引っ込んだ平面に、心線を挟み込むための取り付けフォーク(505)を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプラグ。
- 前記シェル(1、2)の一方には、そのシェルと導電性結合されたシールド接点(104)が取り付けられ、このシールド接点は、シェル(1、2)を組み合わせるとき、取り付けられるデータケーブルの露出されたシールドに弾性的に接触し、このシールドをそのときどきの他方のシェル(2、1)に押し付けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプラグ。
- 前記シールド接点(104)が、シェル(1、2)中にリベット留めされたバネ鋼打ち抜き部品であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のプラグ。
- プラグ本体(4)を収める前記シェル(1)に、ラッチレバー(109)を懸架できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプラグ。
- 前記プラグがRJ45プラグとして形成されていて、このRJ45プラグでは、4個の絶縁変位接点(303)からなる後列を1つと、4個の絶縁変位接点(304)からなる前列を1つとを、それぞれ設けられ、また装着部品(5)が、4個の穴(503)を持つ上側の突出する平面を1つと、4個の取り付けフォーク(505)を持つ下側の引っ込んだ平面を1つとを持つことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプラグ。
