Claims (8)
- 電子制御クラッチ(7)、ブレーキ・スイッチ(8)、アクセル・センサ(9)を備える車両用電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置において、
前記電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置(5)が、加速燃料供給の開放及び閉鎖のための燃料ライン電磁スロットル弁(G)をさらに備えており、前記電子制御クラッチ(7)及び前記燃料ライン電磁スロットル弁(G)が、ブレーキ・スイッチとアクセル・センサにより出される信号とによって制御され、それによって車両のエンジン(1)と車輪(6)の間の係合又は係合解除及びエンジンの加速燃料供給を制御するようになっており、その詳細な制御態様が、前記ブレーキ・スイッチが入ると、前記電子制御クラッチが係合し、前記燃料ライン電磁スロットル弁が閉じて、前記エンジンにアイドル燃料供給だけが与えられることであり、前記ブレーキ・スイッチが切れると、アクセル・ペダル(P)が前進するか、又は一定の前方位置を保持していることを前記アクセル・センサ(9)が検知した場合には、前記電子制御クラッチが係合し、前記燃料ライン電磁スロットル弁が開いて、前記加速燃料供給のスイッチが入り、前記エンジンに加速燃料供給が与えられることであり、前記アクセル・ペダル(P)が戻るか、又は一定の戻り位置を保持していることを前記アクセル・センサ(9)が検知した場合には、前記電子制御クラッチは係合を解除され、前記燃料ライン電磁スロットル弁が閉じて、前記エンジンの加速燃料供給が中止され、前記エンジンにアイドル燃料供給だけが与えられることであり、
前記アクセル・センサ(9)が、溝と接点(A)を含むディスク(F)、前記アクセル・ペダル(P)上に配設された接点(B)を備え、前記ディスク(F)上の前記接点(A)が前記アクセル・ペダル(P)上の接点(B)が向かい合う溝の中に配設され、前記ディスク(F)の回転軸が前記アクセル・ペダル(P)の回転軸と同軸であり、前記アクセル・ペダルが前方に回転すると、前記アクセル・ペダル上の前記接点が前記ディスク上の前記接点と接触し、前記ディスクを一緒に回転させ、前記アクセル・ペダルが戻ると、前記アクセル・ペダルはその接点を前記ディスク上の前記接点から切り離し、前記ディスクを一緒に戻すことを特徴とする電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。 - 前記電子制御クラッチ(7)が変速機システムの前記エンジンの下流側に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
- 前記電子制御クラッチ(7)が変速機システムの最終段の変速機シャフトに配設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
- 前記電子制御クラッチ(7)が摩擦クラッチ又は噛合いクラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
- 前記電子制御クラッチ(7)が電磁的な制御態様で係合し、又は係合を解除されることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
- 前記ブレーキ・スイッチ(8)が、ブレーキ・ペダルに配設されたマイクロスイッチ、行程スイッチ、誘導スイッチ又は無接点スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
- 前記アクセル・センサ(9)が減衰ホイール(W)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
- 前記電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置がオーバーランニング・クラッチ内に配設され、回転はできないが、前記オーバーランニング・クラッチのオーバーランニング側(H)に対して軸方向に動くことができる前記電子制御クラッチ(7)の一方の側の摩擦板(Da)がそのオーバーランニング側(H)に配設され、回転はできないが、シャフト側(I)に対して同じく軸方向に動くことができる前記電子制御クラッチ(7)の他方の側の摩擦板(Db)がそのシャフト側(I)に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御燃料節約クラッチ装置。
