Description
シロキサン類を添加したコーティングシステムにおいて生じる非相溶性が、同様に、熱可塑性プラスチックでも生じることが観察されている。
値mは3および200の間であり、好ましくは10および100の間である。

実施例1
攪拌器と還流コンデンサーの付いた反応容器に、下記の平均式

実施例1で得られた生成物0.05gを10%ポリメチルメタアクリレートの酢酸エチル溶液100gに溶解した。100×250mm2のガラス板上に厚み200μmのフィルムを形成した。溶媒を除去し、厚み約20μmのフィルムのコーティングを得た。実施例2で得られた生成物を用いて同じように行った。比較用のサンプルとして、添加剤を使用しないでガラス上に同じ種類のコーティングとした。
進行速度を一定として電気的フィルム引抜機器(electrical film-drawing apparatus)を使用して、耐滑り特性を測定した。フィルム引抜きルーラーに取付けるために、引張−圧力応力(tensile-pressure force)トランスデューサを取り付けた。このトランデューサはコンピュータを介して滑り物体による各々の抵抗を記録する。滑り物体は測定されるその表面の上で引張り方向に動く。 使用した滑り物体は所定のフェルト下張り(a defined felt underlay)を有す500g重量ストーン(weight stone)であった。
コーティングの透明性/曇り特性を単純に目視で評価した。接触角はKruess社製接触角メーターで測定した。テスト物体上の水滴の前進接触角(advancing contact angle)は8から12μlの液滴量(drop volume)の間で測定した。耐引掻き性はDIN EN 13523-4に従って鉛筆硬度テスト方法により測定した。
還流コンデンサー付の反応容器に、下記の平均式
次に、2−プロパノールに6%のヘキサクロロ白金酸の強化溶液1.4gを加えた。3時間の反応後に、減圧下(40 mbar、180℃)で溶媒を除去した。

Claims (11)
- Aは炭素数1から4の直鎖状アルキル基であり、Zは炭素数1から14のアルキレン基、炭素数2から14のアルキレンエーテルまたはアルキレンチオエーテル基および炭素数2から14のアルキレンアミド基からなるグループから選択され、
ラジカルR中の少なくとも3個の
(Qの式中、p、q、r、sおよびtはそれぞれ独立して0または1であり、R1、R2、R3、R4およびR5はそれぞれ独立して水素または炭素数1から18の直鎖または分岐のアルキルラジカル、またはp=q=0の場合にR1およびR3が一緒に二価のラジカル−CH2−CH2−を形成し、かつoおよびnはそれぞれ平均して数値1から0.5以下だけ外れる。) - Rがポリカプロラクトン基、ポリバレロラクトン基またはカプロラクトンおよびバレロラクトンの共重合体の基である請求項1、2および3のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類。
- q、r、sおよびt=0、p=1または0、R4およびR5が水素、およびR3が炭素数1から18の直鎖状アルキルラジカルである場合、p=q=0、r、sおよびt=1、R1およびR3で−CH2−CH2−ラジカルを形成し、R2、R4およびR5が水素である場合、またはp=q=0、r、sおよびt=1、R1、R2、R4およびR5が水素、およびR3が炭素数1から18の直鎖状アルキルラジカルである場合の請求項2、3および4のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類。
- 少なくとも40℃の融点を有する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類。
- 熱可塑性プラスチック、成型用コンパウンドおよびコーティング材料の添加剤としての、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の、一以上の一般式(I)のポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類の使用。
- 熱可塑性プラスチック、成型用コンパウンドおよびコーティング材料に請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の一以上の一般式(I)のポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類の効果的に流動性が改善し、潤滑性が向上し、かつ耐引掻き性が向上する量を加えることを特徴とする、熱可塑性プラスチック、成型用コンパウンドおよびコーティング材料の流動性を改善し、潤滑性と耐引掻き性を向上する方法。
- ポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類の効果的な量が熱可塑性プラスチック、成型用コンパウンドおよびコーティング材料の全量に基づき0.005重量%から5重量%である請求項8の方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の一般式(I)のポリエステルで修飾されたポリシロキサン類の一以上を含む熱可塑性プラスチック、コーティング材料および成型用コンパウンド。
- 熱可塑性繊維状である請求項10に記載の熱可塑性プラスチック。
