Claims (5)
- 金型の表面を被覆している非晶質カーボンにフラーレンを供給し、被覆部材を非晶質カーボンの表面に接触させた状態で非晶質カーボンを400℃以上に加熱する金型の表面処理方法。
- 前記被覆部材は、前記金型よりも融点が低い金属であり、
その金属を溶融した状態で、フラーレンが供給された金型を金属中に浸漬させることで非晶質カーボンを400℃以上に加熱する、請求項1に記載の金型の表面処理方法。 - 前記被覆部材を接触させた状態で非晶質カーボンを400℃以上に加熱した後、その被覆部材を接触させた状態のままで非晶質カーボンを400℃未満に冷却する、請求項1又は2に記載の金型の表面処理方法。
- 前記金属中に浸漬させた金型を400℃以上に加熱した後、その金型を、不活性雰囲気中で溶融した金属から取り出す、請求項2に記載の金型の表面処理方法。
- 金型を溶融した金属から取り出した後、その金型に付着した前記金属を、不活性雰囲気中で金型から除去する、請求項4に記載の金型の表面処理方法。
