Description
まず、本発明の原理について説明する。
脈波は、大動脈起始部での波形と、他の部位での波形とが異なって観測されることが知られており、その伝播メカニズムについて従来から様々な検討、解析が行われている。その結果、心臓左室からの血液の駆出によって生じる進行波成分と、進行波が末梢で反射して戻ってくる反射波成分とが重なった波形として、測定部位に応じた波形が観測されるものと考えられている。
血圧測定装置のうち、脈波センサ10は、生体の所定部位で脈波を検出する。脈波センサ10としては、例えば発光素子と受光素子を用い、血液中のヘモグロビンが吸収する光の割合から血流量の変化、すなわち容積脈波を検出するプレシスモグラフ(photoplethysmograph)や、圧力の変化を電気信号として取り出す圧力センサ、或いはカフ(拡張期血圧程度に加圧して脈波を検出)など、様々な構成を採用することができる。
血圧値=α(脈波伝播時間[msec])+β
(α、βは係数であり、α<0、β>0)
という算出式を用いることができる。
Claims (8)
- 生体の一所定部位における脈波を検出する脈波検出手段と、
前記脈波を2回微分した加速度脈波に含まれるa波〜e波のうち、a波、b波を進行波成分、c波、d波を反射波成分として抽出する抽出手段と、
前記進行波成分と前記反射波成分とから、脈波伝播時間を算出する脈波伝播時間算出手段と、
前記脈波伝播時間に基づいて、血圧値を算出する血圧値算出手段とを有することを特徴とする血圧測定装置。 - 前記脈波伝播時間算出手段が、前記加速度脈波に含まれるa波、b波のいずれかと、c波、d波のいずれかの時間差を前記脈波伝播時間として算出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の血圧測定装置。
- 前記脈波検出手段が、指尖容積脈波を前記脈波として検出することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の血圧測定装置。
- 前記血圧値算出手段が、
血圧値=α×脈波伝播時間+β
(ただし、α、βは係数)
との算出式に前記脈波伝播時間を適用して前記血圧値を算出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の血圧測定装置。 - 前記生体について他の方法で測定された血圧値と、前記血圧算出手段により算出した血圧値とを用いて、前記算出式に含まれる係数を更新する更新手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の血圧測定装置。
- 前記他の方法で測定された血圧値が、カフを用いて測定された血圧値又は観血的に測定された血圧値のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の血圧測定装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の血圧測定装置を備えることを特徴とする生体情報モニタ装置。
- カフによる血圧測定を開始する条件として、前記血圧算出手段が算出する血圧値の値を用いることを特徴とする請求項7記載の生体情報モニタ装置。
