Claims (4)
- 作業領域の一側に加工品供給部(10)と制御移動可能な工具摺動部(5)を具備した垂直作業センターであって、
加工品供給部(10)と作業領域との間で加工品(15)を交換するため、少なくとも一つの軸線において、制御された仕方で移動可能なCNCターンテーブル(7)が設けられ、
加工品供給部(10)が、加工品(15)を保持する加工品ホルダー(14)を準備して受容するように構成され、そして各加工品ホルダー(14)をCNCターンテーブル(7)によって保持する垂直作業センターの側においてCNCターンテーブル(7)と整列して配置され、
また、加工品供給部(10)が、加工品ホルダー(14)用の複数の受容部(13)を具備したマガジンとして構成され、マガジンが作業領域における加工品(15)の機械加工に応じて移動可能である垂直作業センターにおいて、
加工品ホルダー(14)を交換するため、CNCターンテーブル(7)が案内部(8)上を加工品供給部(10)の方向に移動可能であり、
また、CNCターンテーブル(7)に加えて、CNCターンテーブル(7)から離れて加工品供給部(10)に向う側に、加工品ホルダー(14)を保持する保持部材(9)が設けられ、
保持部材(9)が、加工品ホルダー(14)との当接領域から移動可能に設けられて、CNCターンテーブル(7)と保持部材(9)との間に加工品ホルダー(14)を保持するように構成したこと
を特徴とする垂直作業センター。 - 作業領域の一側に加工品供給部(10)と制御移動可能な工具摺動部(5)を具備した垂直作業センターであって、
加工品供給部(10)と作業領域との間で加工品(15)を交換するため、少なくとも一つの軸線において、制御された仕方で移動可能な保持部材(9)が設けられ、
加工品供給部(10)が、加工品(15)を保持する加工品ホルダー(14)を準備して受容するように構成され、そして各加工品ホルダー(14)をCNCターンテーブル(7)によって保持する垂直作業センターの側においてCNCターンテーブル(7)と整列して配置され、
また、加工品供給部(10)が、加工品ホルダー(14)用の複数の受容部(13)を具備したマガジンとして構成され、マガジンが作業領域における加工品(15)の機械加工に応じて移動可能なである垂直作業センターにおいて、
加工品ホルダー(14)を保持する保持部材(9)が、CNCターンテーブル(7)から離れて加工品供給部(10)に向う側に設けられ、
保持部材(9)が、加工品ホルダー(14)を把持するホルダー(22)を備え、
ホルダー(22)が、CNCターンテーブル(7)に向いた位置と加工品供給部(10)に向いた位置との間で、各加工品ホルダー(14)を180°揺動させるように構成され、
保持部材(9)が案内部(21)上で、加工品供給部(10)の方向に移動可能であること
を特徴とする垂直作業センター。 - CNCターンテーブル(7)又は保持部材(9)を移動させるために工具摺動部(5)が設けられ、CNCターンテーブル(7)がドッキング部材(18)を介して工具摺動部(5)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の垂直作業センター。
- 加工品供給部(10)が、中心軸線(12)のまわりで回転でき、複数の受容分(13)を備えたマガジンホイール(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の垂直作業センター。
