Claims (3)
- セラミック原料に助剤を添加、混練して得たセラミック材料を成形し、得られた成形体を焼成して、多孔性隔壁で区画された多数のセルを有する排ガス浄化用フィルタ基材を製造する方法であって、
上記基材を構成するセラミックがコージェライトを主として含有し、
上記助剤として、少なくとも400℃まで燃焼しない耐熱性バインダを使用し、上記耐熱性バインダがワニスであることを特徴とする排ガス浄化用フィルタ基材の製造方法。 - 上記耐熱性バインダを1種類または複数種類、組み合わせて使用する請求項1記載の排ガス浄化用フィルタ基材の製造方法。
- 上記耐熱性バインダと、燃焼温度が400℃より低い保形用バインダの少なくとも1種類を組み合わせて使用する請求項1または2記載の排ガス浄化用フィルタ基材の製造方法。
