Description
特許文献1には、表面波を用いたSAWフィルタについて記載されているが、上記の課題については何ら検討されていない。
圧電基板上に各々形成された交差指状電極及び反射器を含む縦結合共振器型フィルタと、この縦結合共振器型フィルタの入力側及び出力側に夫々設けられた不平衡入力信号路及び平衡出力ポートと、を備えた受信側フィルタと、
前記圧電基板上にて前記受信側フィルタに隣接して設けられ、弾性波共振子を用いた送信側フィルタと、を備え、
前記受信側フィルタ及び前記送信側フィルタのうち、前記受信側フィルタについてのみ、当該受信側フィルタを囲むように形成されると共に接地電極に接続されたシールド用電極を設けたことを特徴とする。
上述の受信側フィルタは、具体的な態様としては以下のように構成しても良い。
前記シールド用電極は前記不平衡入力信号路が設けられている領域は開口している構成。
前記縦結合共振器型フィルタは、前記不平衡入力信号路が入力側に接続された第1の縦結合共振器型フィルタと、この第1の縦結合共振器型フィルタの出力側にその入力側が接続され、前記平衡出力ポートが出力側に接続された第2の縦結合共振器型フィルタと、を備えている構成。
上記の送信側フィルタ11は、例えば中心周波数が836.5MHzの送信信号をフィルタ処理して、装置内の図示しない送信処理部から入出力ポート14に送信するためのフィルタであり、弾性波共振子5をラダー型に接続したフィルタにより構成されている。具体的には、この送信側フィルタ11は、各々が弾性波共振子5からなる3つの直列腕31a〜31cが直列信号路33を介して入出力ポート14側からこの順番で直列に接続されると共に、直列腕31a、31b間及び直列腕31b、31c間において同様に弾性波共振子5からなる並列腕32a、32bが並列信号路34を介して夫々並列に接続されて、T型5段の回路が構成されている。
そのため、フィルタ11、12を近接配置させることができるので、デュプレクサ1の小型化を図ることができる。

Claims (3)
- 圧電基板上に各々形成された交差指状電極及び反射器を含む縦結合共振器型フィルタと、この縦結合共振器型フィルタの入力側及び出力側に夫々設けられた不平衡入力信号路及び平衡出力ポートと、を備えた受信側フィルタと、
前記圧電基板上にて前記受信側フィルタに隣接して設けられ、弾性波共振子を用いた送信側フィルタと、を備え、
前記受信側フィルタ及び前記送信側フィルタのうち、前記受信側フィルタについてのみ、当該受信側フィルタを囲むように形成されると共に接地電極に接続されたシールド用電極を設けたことを特徴とするデュプレクサ。 - 前記シールド用電極は、前記不平衡入力信号路が設けられている領域は開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記縦結合共振器型フィルタは、前記不平衡入力信号路が入力側に接続された第1の縦結合共振器型フィルタと、この第1の縦結合共振器型フィルタの出力側にその入力側が接続され、前記平衡出力ポートが出力側に接続された第2の縦結合共振器型フィルタと、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のデュプレクサ。
