デッドタイムの影響を考慮した高圧電動機直接駆動用多重PWM制御法、電気学会論文誌D,126巻1号,頁1〜9(2006)
前記二次巻線と交流直接変換回路との間にLCフィルタを設け、前記交流直接変換回路を多段接続するとともに各交流直接変換回路の双方向スイッチの制御によって負荷を高圧で直接駆動する高圧の交流電力を直接変換する装置であって、
前記各交流直接変換回路の多段接続は、
電源側を各段毎に2並列接続し、
最低電圧段の一方の前記交流直接変換回路は反電源側の各相端を相互接続し、
最高電圧段の一方の前記交流直接変換回路は反電源側を負荷に接続し、
最低電圧段と最高電圧段の間に位置する各段は、一方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側を前段の他方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側に相互接続し、他方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側を次段の他方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側に相互接続した構成を特徴とする。
(1)汎用的な多相入力/多相出力マトリックス結線された半導体スイッチングデバイスモジュールが利用できる。
図1は、本発明の実施形態を示す高圧交流直接電力変換装置の主回路構成図であり、3相の交流直接電力変換回路を使用した例で、以下図1の主回路構成を基に説明をする。
実施形態1では、多重巻線変圧器の二次側に位相差を与えて入力高調波抑制を図るが、上記(6)の特徴・利点を用いれば、二次側に位相差を与えなくても3相/3相交流直接変換回路毎に入力正弦波化ができる。
実施形態1、2において、3相/3相交流直接電力変換回路MC1A、MCIB、MC2A、MC2B、MC3A、MC3Bがそれぞれ単体で基本単位(セル化)構成とするのではなく、2並列接続の変換回路MC1AとMCIB、MC2AとMC2B、MC3AとMC3Bを基本単位構成(図1の点線ブロックの構成)として制御CPUの共通化、構造の共通化を図る。

Claims (5)
- 複数の二次巻線を設けた多重巻線変圧器から入力した電圧および周波数を任意の電圧および周波数に直接変換し出力する交流直接変換回路と、
前記二次巻線と交流直接変換回路との間にLCフィルタを設け、前記交流直接変換回路を多段接続するとともに各交流直接変換回路の双方向スイッチの制御によって負荷を高圧で直接駆動する高圧の交流電力を直接変換する装置であって、
前記各交流直接変換回路の多段接続は、
電源側を各段毎に2並列接続し、
最低電圧段の一方の前記交流直接変換回路は反電源側の各相端を相互接続し、
最高電圧段の一方の前記交流直接変換回路は反電源側を負荷に接続し、
最低電圧段と最高電圧段の間に位置する各段は、一方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側を前段の他方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側に相互接続し、他方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側を次段の他方の前記交流直接変換回路の反電源側に相互接続した構成を特徴とする高圧交流直接電力変換装置。 - 前記交流直接変換回路は、多相入力多相出力とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧交流直接電力変換装置。
- 前記多重巻線変圧器の各二次巻線は互いに位相差を持たせて入力高調波を抑制する構成を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高圧交流直接電力変換装置。
- 前記各交流直接変換回路は単体で入力正弦波化し、前記多重巻線変圧器の各二次巻線は同じ位相にして入力高調波を抑制する構成を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高圧交流直接電力変換装置。
- 前記2並列接続の交流直接変換回路を基本単位構成とし、その制御装置を前記基本単位内で共通化した構成を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高圧交流直接電力変換装置。
